It takes me little bit longer to achieve an edible soft oatmeal, since the oats have to soak overnight, but it is worth it, because compared to the regular rolled oats, this product has double the protein content.

I like these protein oats a lot!!! They’re much better than the individual flavored packets, don’t get fooled by the box of protein instant oatmeal. If you really look it’s basically just 2 normal packets of oatmeal. These bags are by far a better value price wise %26 nutritional wise. Making over night oats with these bags are great %26 a perfect healthy protein packed snack or bfast

the taste is very nice, like the fiber in it the the taste of quacker oat meal

Choose this brand has double the protein than the others and so far reasonably priced. With soy milk and greek yogurt. 35 gms protein for breakfast.
