Quicksilver oil
I used to buy any 2 cycle oil to mix in my outboard engine gas. I went to an outboard engine repair class and learned that Mercury makes the quicksilver oil and that it was pretty decent and have been buying that since.

Factory oil is best
As a long-time boat mechanic, i know what works. Factory grade oil is vital to the life of an outboard. pay the price now instead of later when you blow your engine.
