Used this Coq10 for about 7 years. I have heart problems. Got to have a heart valve replacement soon %26 they did a heart cath to check for blockages and they didn't find any blockages. This great product has helped me with this. I think I eat the wrong kind of food sometimes. I know if I hadn't been taking this my results wouldn't have been this good love this product.

Qunol Ultra CoQ10 Softgel, 200mg. Still, a good product. But I should have spent more money and bought the larger quantity. The per unit price is much better. But that was my fault. These are good for heart health.

Top quality product at a good price. What else could I ask for, absorbs well and hefty dose of %231 brand recommendations everywhere I look, doctors and all. Just a meter of dose in my eyes.

If you're on statin medications, this product does help with cramps. It doesn't make them go away, but it does help with them. I highly recommend them.

Leg cramps relief plus…
I take this to prevent the leg cramps that I typically get from taking a statin, especially now that I'm at a much higher dose.. the fact that it fights the free radicals in my system is just the cherry on top!

COQ10 good or bad?
I really don't know. A Doctor recommended Co10, but not specifically this brand, to help combat lethargy after taking a statin medication for cholesterol medication. It's too early to tell, but I have not had any adverse effects. I rated high because of the potential, but not 5 stars, because it is too early to tell.

not sure if it's doing anything
I purchased these 200 mg for my husband because he's on a high dose statin, however he said he feels nothing from it. I ordered the lower dose 100 for myself and I'm going to be trying that soon and will leave another review under that one because I feel everything!

bad ingredients
This contains soy and sunflower oil, very unhealthy and inflammatory. There's another ingredient not good either. Don't defeat the purpose by using something that will make you worse .

i onlyborder 1 package and chen it was changed itcwas mark as 2. when i sent my order the toral was 33 somsthing . my charge is now at 55.75
