This fuzzy floss does a thorough job of cleaning between and around the teeth after brushing. I had used a similar product by Johnson %26 Johnson for years and then a few years ago it wasn't available anywhere I shopped. I checked J%26J's product website to see if I could order it directly. It wasnt even metioned. I searched online for a substitute but instead found many online comments bemoaning that it had been taken off the market. Two products were named as substitutes but they were not ideal or as I recall reasonably priced or easy to obtain. I happened on this product by searching, I thought poinlessly, for a product that was better than standard floss. I ordered it, tried it, and immediately ordered more. I was so happy because it does such a great job and without the residue left on my fingers by the J%26J product. Recalling how disappointed I was that J%26J suddenly cancelled such a popular and effective product, I recently ordered more so I would have a good supply on hand. I love that it is in a sustainable dispenser. Thank you Walmart for adding this product to your website -- please don't drop it because it is excellent for its purpose. I hope all those disappointed consumers who were looking online for a substitute to the J%26J product will find their way to this floss.

This sponge floss will most likely be my new go-to floss. I'd previously used Glide dental tape. The space between some of my teeth is very narrow—ribbon floss was more comfortable to use than typical string floss. Looking for an environmentally friendly alternative, I tried a silk floss (not Radius brand) that'd been recommended to me. But I found the floss broke easily. So I decided to give this sponge floss a try. It doesn't pinch like string floss. In fact, it feels softer than the ribbon floss I used to use. I like that the dispenser is cardboard and that it's manufactured by a smaller company.

It's good floss. The only thing I could possibly suggest is possibly have an option for those that need to have feeders for braces or other dental fixtures. Just a thought.

I bought this floss and it's nothing like the kind with wax on it or the flat “tape” shaped flosses you buy. I like it because it gets thin enough to pass through the sometimes tight contacts between my teeth without all that wax. It makes my teeth feel so much cleaner than the other types of floss.

Trying to get away from glide with forever chemicals. This stuff works great even between tighter teeth. I would highly recommend this. Side note, whatever you do DON'T buy their silk floss. It is way too think and breaks all the time. Bought it on accident not realizing it was different.

I have been using this product for years and love it! The expanding floss works well for thin tight areas as well as wider areas of my teeth. It is great for plaque removal too. It makes getting my teeth cleaned at the dentist a quick stop because my teeth are very clean already from using this product for!

I'm only giving it 4/5 simply because I was obsessed with the cranberry that was discontinued :( It's really gentle and doesn't feel like more harm than good like most flosses.

The floss itself is COOL with its very gentle scrubbing effect … not slick and hard, yet very strong. The paper box (versus the hard ‘plastic' one) takes getting used to — initially a significant disappointment … but once ‘learned' without being inadvertently torn apart) … it'll be okay.

The 6-pack is not as spongey as the single pack floss. I can see and feel the difference. This brand of floss is hard to find in local stores. I figured I'd purchase the 6-pack as I'm a daily flosser. The sponge floss in the 6-pack looks and feels like a cheap string. Not soft and spongey like the original pack I purchased. Very disappointed.

I had used the sponge floss for a couple years and LOVED it. It was so great at cleaning and easy to use. I had stocked up a while ago and when I got to one of those boxes, it was so very different. I thought maybe it was just that box, so I carried on. Eventually, I contacted the company and was so happy when they said it had been changed, but they changed it back and they would send me new ones. But, I felt like it was just a little better. Well, we took a trip recently and I found some older floss in a suitcase - and it was amazing! I remembered how great I thought it was when I first started buying it. The fixed version is not like the original, which was soooo great. Please make it completely like you used to! I feel like I'm going to have to start a search for a whole new floss :(
