Good value for decorative stone in vases

Very light and smooth-- perfect for drawing on with markers, or painting with acrylics or even watercolors.

I ordered three bags of Walmart #: 555017517Margo 30 lb Small Flat Egg Rock, 1" to 3" and I didn't count the rocks but I would guess there were a few hundred rocks in each bag. I ordered these for kids at our vacation bible school to color with sharpies. The rocks had a white powder on them so I rinsed them and let them dry. We used them in craft class and when the kids were finished with their main craft they could color rocks with sharpies . I thought I had ordered way too many rocks, but by the end of the week they had gone through them all. They loved coloring these! Many rocks had cracks or chips or discolorations so I removed the worst ones, but the kids didn't care about any of that and sometimes even worked the flaws in the rocks into their drawings.

I bought these in the winter (garden centers apparently do not stock landscape rocks out of season). I used them to weight down the bottoms of luminaire bags for a holiday party. They worked excellent for that purpose, and are very attractive. My wife likes them so much I will buy more and work them into a landscaping element in the spring. Mail order delivery of rocks.. Bet the delivery service drives loves that! LOL!

There wasn't very much in a bag. i ended up buying smaller rocks to mix with these.

I am very disappointed with the order. They are not white, more grey. 30 lb of "small" stones there are actually only few small, in fact the size is like chicken egg and bigger.

Very little in the bag for all that money

These rocks are not white. They are not even light. They are all grey and virtually identical to the mexican beach pebbles (grey) that you can buy here as well. After re-reading the description, I realize it doesn't say anywhere they are 'white.' But it does say "light" in color and the picture is white....so come on. So...you are warned.
