This is a wonderful ingredient with great versatility. My favorite way to use it is with rolled oats, a poached egg, miso paste, and some chili oil to make a Japanese-style savory oatmeal.

Adds a lot of flavor to a package of ramen noodles, and it's super easy to use -- I just add it in when I put my noodles in to the water, boil it all together for about 3 minutes, let it sit for two or three minutes, and it's ready to eat.

This is a really nice quality of vegetables. With many uses, it also has great flavor and variety. Love the cabbage ribbons unfolding when they rehydrate. I use these primarily for ramen noodles. Will buy again.

These toppings are not bad at all. The mix could be better, maybe a little zestier. The pieces rehydrate pretty easily so no problem there. Would buy again, or maybe try another flavor.
