I think these make yummy omelets instead of using eggs. One son is allergic to eggs and another son is a vegan. This got me started using them instead of eggs when egg prices went so high. They are very economical. There are many excellent recipes for Split Mung Beans .

Excellent for kidney problems and diabites

Bag was broken, placed in another bag, mung beans were all over package. I would not order again because some of the products was lost in the bag it was repackaged stuck to the tape.

i ordered this product twice and both times the bag has been busted open upon arrival, and falling out of box, i thought with the first one it was because of the item shipped with abither heavier item. However, the second box was exactly the same and shipped by itself.

Not worth value for money.
