This is my first pre-workout I've tried and I really enjoyed it. The flavor was sooooo good like a pink starburst. I wanted to drink it all day! It definitely gave me the energy I needed to get my workout done. There is a note about a certain ingredient that can cause tingling which it did do to me. It was strange but didn't cause any other issue then that feeling. I would recommend this to anyone who asked. I will try the other flavors to see if they are just as good!

This RAW Nutrition Essential Pre Workout Powder is my go to every morning. Give me more energy than any other pre workout powder I have ever tried. It tastes very delicious especially when it's cold, doesn't have a chalky taste or any after tastes. I really love this product.

This product was exactly what I was looking for in a pre-workout supplement. Not only did it taste good and was easy to drink but it gave me just the right amount of energy (without nasty caffeine jitters!) and motivated me to hit my workout routine with gusto. I would recommend this 10/10 and will make it a staple in my workout regiment.

This pre-workout is a simple blend without any crazy additives. It tastes amazing and works! I have so much energy after drinking some of this pre-workout. It's a great boost before my workouts without having a crash like some energy drinks. I think this is a great starter pre-workout!

This would be my first time using pre workout and I have some mixed feelings regarding it. First off the taste is great! Which was honestly unexpected, so that's a huge plus. The second, and probably worst part is the weird burning/tingling sensation that comes about 30 mins after using. That part I really didn't like and was a little concerned with at first. Thankfully it did subside after a while. Lastly, I was expecting more energy than I experienced. Perhaps I should've taken the 2 scoops, but it recommended only 1 scoop until you discovered tolerance. All in all, I did get a small amount of energy and it tasted great. Only wish I wasn't so concerned with that burning feeling.

firstly, this is delicious! it was literally like eating the sweetest and most fruit enhanced candy. secondly, the performance you experience from this product is incredible. it's like you keep going in your workouts. the only downside is the tingly sensation you experience. it was intense for me to be honest but if you can manage it then this product is for you!!

I don't usually drink pre-workout powder drinks when working out. I usually drink Gatorade, but I was curious about drinking a pre-workout powder drink. I've stayed away from drinks like this because I don't consume caffeine, but I've been pretty active, playing tennis for the last few months, and thought it'd be cool to try something different for energy. Well, I don't do well with caffeinated products. I'm left feeling jittery and dizzy. The taste was probably the best thing about this product to me, but even as a beginner, I think it's too overpowering for me.

Did not provide a smooth energy boost, felt more jittery and anxious rather than energised. Fingers and face were tingling for 5 mins after consuming. Taste was good though. Would not recommend this product because I have had better pre-workouts before that did not make me tingle or jittery. Did not get a good pump either.

My bf said it wasn't as good as the one he normally gets. I just got it because it had the highest ratings on Walmarts site but idk it should… the one with the deer on it and is like pink and purplish blue is still his favorite out of all the ones he has tried…
