This pre workout is solid. It has a decent bit of caffeine. It's one of the pre workouts that gives me the tingling/warm sensations, which I don't mind. But others should keep that in mind. The grape flavor tastes better than most other pre workouts I've tried.

The Sour Grape Pre-Workout is one of the best tasting powders I have tried (and I've tried a LOT). It has amazing flavor that isn't too sour but just enough. I had no problem drinking this and it dissolved very well in my shaker bottle. I've been using it for the past week and am impressed with its effectiveness. This stuff is strong! I should have started with just 1/2 a scoop like the container recommends because the first couple times I tried it my body was tingling like crazy. This doesn't happen as much with other pre-workouts. Overall though it does its job and gives me plenty of energy for both cardio and a lift. I could do without the crazy tingly sensation but I'll try to do a little less next time. I would recommend this to others for sure.

As someone who has tried many pre workouts, this one is top of the line. I really enjoyed the taste - like a jolly rancher! Even with a half scoop, I felt the energy. I also appreciate that there isn't a laundry list of ingredients in the product. I did find that that it didn't completely dissolve as well as I'd like, but I only used a plastic water bottle and shoot it myself.

The product is easy to use and dissolves quickly. The flavor is decent, but it's too sweet for my taste. It would be nice if there was a bit of tartness to the flavor so that it was more refreshing. The other problem I had is that the scoop it comes with is too big to fit in the container and actually comes bent to fit it in, so it's sort of a pain to use. I eventually cut it so that it would easily fit.

It's not the worst, but I have a lot of trouble getting past two things. The awful taste. Very chemically, I taste no cherry limeade at all. It isn't so bad that I gag, but it is bad enough that I make sure not to smell it before chugging. Also, the handle on the scoop is comically long. I have to bend it to make the jar shut even though it came in it. A small inconvenience that is irritating enough to mention. I will either swap my scoop for another brand or trim it down..

i found a hair inside a sealed box of pre workout. Ewww. this is not really what i expected it to be.
