Great flavor that doesn't leave a chalky taste after drinking it. I also felt a good amount of energy quickly after taking it so I would recommend this pre workout!

I've tried a bunch of pres; but this one is the most balanced till date. Great taste (11/10 - the taste is really nice, something that I cant explain), mixes really fast and delivers consistent energy so it is really a top notch choice for me in pre's. Pumps are noticeable. Stomach-friendly, no weird buzz, the pump is really solid for a regular gym person. Great for early lifts or late sessions. It was a instant add to my gym bag, haha. Definitely recommend it.

What can't I say about this product? The taste is just amazing amazing, and sour ;)! My energy boosted almost immediately and my focus improved as well My workouts were way better than before. I come out feeling more fulfilled and refreshed vs not using it at all workouts. I've experienced very minimal post caffeine jitters which is a nice positive. Overall, this is very effective and recommend for anyone to use!

I had never tried pre-workout before, but I give Essential Pre-Workout (Cherry Limeade) a shot since I work out 2–3 times a week and heard it could give me an energy boost. The taste was okay kind of tasted like a cough drop, but the way it made me feel was intense. Within two minutes, I felt like I was being pricked by a million tiny needles and bitten by ants all over my body. It gave me a ton of energy only good thing I pushed through my workout no problem but I also found myself jumping and running around the house while itching like crazy. If you can handle that prickly, itchy sensation and just want a rush of energy, this might be the product for you. Personally, I didn't enjoy that feeling at all, and I don't think I'd use it again.

It's not the worst, but I have a lot of trouble getting past two things. The awful taste. Very chemically, I taste no cherry limeade at all. It isn't so bad that I gag, but it is bad enough that I make sure not to smell it before chugging. Also, the handle on the scoop is comically long. I have to bend it to make the jar shut even though it came in it. A small inconvenience that is irritating enough to mention. I will either swap my scoop for another brand or trim it down..

i found a hair inside a sealed box of pre workout. Ewww. this is not really what i expected it to be.
