Really happy with this product! I've been looking for a wireless headset for a while now. I knew how pricey it would be, so I at least wanted something under $100 and this was perfect for my budget. My experience: - The headset looks and is sturdy! - The earcups feel comfy (I wear glasses and still feels comfy after a couple of hours of wear.) - Microphone quality is good! I tested it by calling my bf and he said I sound clear %26 understandable. - Sound quality is crisp and clear! - The 2 Bluetooth options is such a big plus! You'll have to see what works for you: either only using the wireless dongle on its own or use it with the Type-A to Type C adapter cable that comes with the package (I find that this is the best option for me personally.) - Headset turns itself off a couple minutes after you've turned off your PC and computer (big plus because I either forget to do so or am lazy at times.) - The battery is super long lasting, this is my second day of having it and it's still at 80% - I recommend to read the manual very thoroughly %26 please be patient when changing settings within your computer and such. You'll have to change and/or tweak a few things to see what works or what doesn't. I advice reading the instructions carefully %26 being patient because I got nervous (at first) when I first plugged it in and everything including me sounded super laggy. BUT after reading the manual several times, I finally figured out that I personally needed to use the Type-A to Type C adapter cable. Afterwards, I heard everything super clear and super smooth. I had to still change a few things in my computer settings and VOILA, my mic works amazing, everyone can hear me with absolutely no lag as well as hearing everyone super clear too, while listening to Spotify at the same time. Everything works amazing!
Very aesthetically appealing. Great quality. The comfort of the ear pieces are very nice.Especially if you use glasses. Noise cancelling and sound clarity work very well. Would definitely recommend!
It's a high quality headset that had everything I needed, even a dongle for its wireless functionality with a PC. Which apparently is NOT a thing all wireless headsets still do, which is crazy. While I feel that the white headset could be more stylish with dark grey fabric or even some dark grey and small black accents, fact of the matter is that it fits nicely, it feels so comfortable on my ears whereas other headsets were causing my pain when worn for more than a few hours, the audio quality has been very clear... The change has been a godsend after using a 20 dollar wired set for a few months after my Void RGB Elite wireless headset from Corsair died. Which was also an excellent set, but I do feel like my ears fit better inside the Barracuda X. And like this set is less likely to fall off my head and ***** on the floor while I'm doing dishes and chores.
The headphones sound really good but the microphone doesn't work as well as I thought it would‘ve.
They sound good but my only problem is I can't get the mic to work. Do not recommend
I had issues with my first one with connecting via bluetooth because the dongle wasn't in the box so I had to wait for that, I thought I had more problems with the first one but I can't remember if it was because of throwing it against the wall repeatedly due to call of duty but the second one is great and I highly recommend it as long as you aren't going to throw it against walls
The headset works great so far but for a 100$ im a little disappointed. I have an all white and pink set up and the mic is.. yellow for some odd reason. The headset feels and looks a little cheap for being 100$. It replaced my black steelseries headset and it just doesn't feel like an upgrade.. and the steelseries was only like 60$ if I remember correctly.. Just not really a worth it purchase for me. -3 stars for killing my aesthetic and feeling cheap
The audio had several strange noises in bass sounds, and also when there was some very low noise (a noise of someone walking within a game). It is possible to hear the audio simply by cutting before it is even finished. And sometimes when I wanted to leave the volume as low as possible only one side of the headset worked.
Ive had this headset a couple months now. I had issues with it literally the day I bought it. the mic and audio cuts out all the time. the headset turns off randomly when connected through dongle. it doesnt even work with Bluetooth. so false advertisement there. the cord from headset to controller doesnt work half the time and makes everything sound crackly and cuts out a lot. Definitely a horrible purchase.
It came with a missing piece. The removable mic didn't come in the box. Highly upset because I can't use it!
