RCA Indoor Omni-Directional Flat Digital TV Antenna, Non-Amplified, 40-Mile Range

This 360 degree, multidirectional, flat passive antenna, is awesome. I live in Phoenix, AZ, and it receives 70+ channels. My living room 27 inch analog TV, uses the digitrex DTV convertor box. My bedroom TV, is a 19" LED flat screen TV [Element]. I'm saving over $90.00 a month by cancelling COX cable TV.

We had a big problem tuning in local channels after the sloppy installation job Comcast did - they added too many splitters that seriously degraded the signal. We attached this RCA digital flat antenna and ALL the local channels we were missing were back again - plus even more channels that we were never able to get before! All in HD, too. Highly recommended!

Got over 40 hd channels with this antenna. My cable company wants to charge me 30 dollars per month for 22 of these channels. you do the math. if you need the basic local channels, pbs, ion, 27, etc then this is great. if you need the high end channels then cable or dish it is.

I received the antenna on the promised delivery date. After receiving it, it was a simple set up, scanned for channels, got about 60 channels which has a very good reception. No more high cable bills. Great value for the price, meets expectations and a simple set up. I would recommend this antenna for purchase!

Just make sure you move the flat Antenna to various places for best reception. When I placed the antenna on the wall behind the TV and slightly to the right, I was able to get more stations. Just follow the instructions that came with the antenna. I had also purchased the RCA-Digital-Signal-Amplifier-for-Indoor-Antennas. The stations were clearer and I don't think the antenna would work as well without it.

This RCA Digital Flat Passive Antenna works great for me since I'm only 7 miles from the tower arrays on a nearby mountain. I just attached the included coax cable to my HDTV and laid the atenna on a shelf inside the TV Console. Picks up every channel in the area with stunning clarity. The local broadcast channels actually come in more clear than they did on my paid cable service. Only 4 stars for "Meets Expectations" since it's much thicker than other brands "Paper plate thin" models, but 5 stars for "Value" since it only cost half as much as those brands. Would buy again without hesitation. Also, used ship to store which worked great: park in reserved spot, call number on sign, and they bring your package out to you. Happy Yippie Yay-Hey!!

I was hoping to give this product an excellent rating. I cannot because after attempting to for two weeks to get this antenna to work with my TV, I haven't had any luck. I also purchased the RCA antenna amplifier, still no channels picked up. Maybe it is the location I live in, not sure. :-( disappointed.

This product gives absolutely NO reception and should not be sold to persons who don't live within 5 miles of a TV station. This information would be very useful to have before purchase but that is not so. It is false to indicate that it works up to 50 miles. I live 30 miles uphill so thought that would be okay.... NOT!!!!

When I read the instructions for installation, it required plugging the unit into am enhancer prior to plugging into power source. No enhancer was packed in box. Called product customer service (with complicated phone tree) and spoke to a live person. She stated that the instructions were for another unit and my unit did not come with an enhancer. She asked for my residence zip code--when she looked my location up on her data sheet, she determined that the unit would not work at all on my TV. The signal in my area required an external antenna. Returned the item to Walmart for refund.

I bought this antenna and did not receive the local channels. When I took it back I bought a rabbit ear antenna for a fraction of the cost and it works great with my new digital tv.
