Really stabilizes your wrist. I'll say though, it is much larger than other wrist wraps I've have, but tbh, I feel like the width of this one actually makes it feel more stronger and stable. I actually like it a lot.

I received my Wrist wraps super fast and couldn't be happier with the quality. I have purchased many brands over the years but these are top notch.

It gives good support when weight lifting and the thumb strap makes it easy for putting the wrist band on. The velcro is wide and has a fantastic grip and it holds up under the most strenuous activity. One drawback that might be a pain to alot of people is that the RDX logo is very stiff. It will need some breaking in and the majority of people will find it very uncomfortable. I use it to my advantage by positioning it so that it doesn't pinch while also adding support
