How much can I say about dental floss other than absolute do it!! Do it for the health of your teeth and gums as well an overall good health option. If you don't take care of your teeth, that can lead to many other health issues. So just do it! This Reach (waxed and unflavored) dental floss does not have any added flavor and it is also waxed. This makes it slide more easily between teeth to remove bits of food particles left in between my teeth. I use the waxed type of dental floss because I have a crowding issue with my teeth that makes flossing more difficult and leaves shreds of the floss stuck in between my teeth. Using a waxed version of dental floss makes it easier for me. It is gentle on my gums and doesn't irritate them as well. It also doesn't cut into my gums. I also prefer to use an unflavored dental floss because I don't want to taste the floss while using it and I don't know what added ingredients they use to flavor it. This floss only has fifty five yards which isn't a lot if you floss every day as you should. Reach is a trusted brand and a higher quality floss than some others. I would recommend this floss, just in a larger size.

I'm beyond thrilled that Reach offers this product since I have a great dislike for anything with a mint or cinnamon flavor or scent. This is truly an unflavored, unscented floss and my favorite of any I've ever tried. You get a better cleaning with spooled floss over a floss pic because you can curve around your teeth and reach more gum line, and this product is well waxed and is easily inserted between my very tight teeth. I've not had any get stuck or break and since I floss regularly I don't get any bloody gums. Lid snaps tightly closed to keep things clean and fresh and it's easy to dispense just the amount you want without waste. I also LOVE to utilize this product for other purposes such as restringing my wind chimes, as a sturdy thread for sewing repairs and button replacement, and a multitude of crafts, slicing foods, and other life hacks. I even keep a pack of this floss in my purse for on the go cleaning and what ifs. Best floss out there!

I received a sample of “REACH” waxed unflavored Dental Floss through the Spark Reviewer program. Both my wife and I have used this product since we received it and are quite pleased with it. The waxed tape design of the floss slips easily between teeth. My wife especially was impressed that she could floss between teeth that would shred and sometimes break other floss. Since we have used the REACH product we have had no situations that required tweezers to remove pieces of shredded floss stuck between my wife's teeth. I noticed also that the waxed floss tape is more comfortable on my gums. While I wondered if I would like the unflavored floss, using it has not created a big issue with either of us. We like the floss and certainly recommend it to anyone who has experienced other floss that has shredded and/or gotten stuck between teeth that are very close together.

So I'm not the biggest fan of flossing but since I feel I have to to keep my teeth and gums in better shape, then I want what is easiest for me to use. I have been through name brands and store brands, some plain, some minty, some cinnamony. I've had them too thick to be able to fit between my teeth thus they shred. I've had them too slippery so it's hard for me to keep a good grip on it. This Reach waxed floss, this one happens to be unflavored, seems to have taken care of my usage problems. First, it's unflavored, which I prefer in the morning as my toothpaste takes care of any minty fresh I may need. Second, there is a good amount in this container, 55 yd which will last me between 1 1/2 - 3 months whether I floss twice or only once a day. Flossing Does seem to help. I know I have better dentist appointment comments when I've gotten in to a good flossing routine. Again, I prefer using the unflavored one in the morning but I also keep one in my glove box and one at work, both of those are flavored. You never know when you may need to use so it's very handy to have on hand. Reach is a well known name and this is a good product. I recommend....

When I get my dental exams, the dentist has given out free samples of another floss product that's much slipperier than Reach waxed. I always take the free sample and have a pile of them in a drawer but go out and buy Reach to actually use. The slick floss doesn't clean the gaps between my teeth nearly as well as Reach which has more friction. Even though some of the gaps in my teeth are tight, the waxed Reach gets in there fine without tearing apart. I can't use unwaxed though. Waxed Reach is the perfect middle ground for floss.

The bottom left corner of the blister pack that it comes in is black and labeled 'OPEN'. It was surprisingly easy to open, probably because it's designed to stop tampering not be child proof. I prefer the unflavored floss because I had a flavored one in the past that didn't react well with the taste of the toothpaste. The first thing that surprised me is that I didn't need to waste a lot wrapping it around my fingers to keep it from slipping. A couple times around and it stayed in place. Waxed floss slips between the teeth easier than unwaxed. In this case the waxed floss seemed thinner than others that I've used and slipped easily between a couple sets of teeth that are close together. There are a couple sharp edges of filings between teeth that have shredded or snapped other brands, but I didn't have that problem with this.

My previous experience with waxed dental floss was that it was too thick and it felt as though I could pull off a crown. When I received the Reach Waxed Unflavored dental floss, I was pleasantly surprised how very thin it was. I could get between all my teeth without struggling to wedge it into the space. No longer do I feel as though I will remove a crown or filling.

I use to think all floss was created equal with the exception of flat ribbon floss. I have thousands of dollars invested in my mouth and need to use floss daily; as everyone should. Reach Waxed floss does the job and it does it with no issues. It gets into tight margins. It doesn't shred leaving thin strands of floss between your teeth. It's strong and doesn't break while you're using it. No waxy residue left in between your teeth. Comes out smooth and straight from the container, no having to straighten the floss before using it. If I was able to give it 10 stars I would.

The Reach dental floss is very good product. It is flat so it will go in between even the closest of teeth. I like that it is unflavored so as not to leave a taste in the mouth. Waxed floss has always worked best for me so I believe that most will also find it to be durable and comfortable.

My teeth are very tight so I was pleased that the waxed floss would go between my teeth quite easily and I could remove it easily. With some floss I have to wiggle and push and pull and then it's stringy and breaks easily. I had no problem getting the floss between my teeth and it's strong material; no strings. I don't use unwaxed floss any more because of the thin material used. This dental floss is unflavored so if you don't like flavored floss this one is perfect for you! I highly recommend the purchase of this dental floss.
