As someone who suffers from chronic knee pain after having a full knee replacement, I've tried various treatments, but this machine has provided me with significant relief. I always used the cold gel wraps that you keep in the freezer. And they never lasted long at all. This machine was definitely a life saver. I've had it for a while now and use it every day on my knee and shoulders. The machine is very easy to set up and use. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the MEDIFROST cold therapy wrap machine. Its effectiveness in relieving pain, ease of use, and comfortable design makes it an excellent choice for anyone suffering from knee pain or inflammation. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!

Everyone recommended a cold water pump and they were right. 24 hours after surgery was pure agony but this got me through it. Easy to use and not messy at all.

It helped with after back surgery. I think it was a life saver. I would recommend it.

Purshased for hubby who went through total knee replacement. I had ordered a anothe one and didnt like the size and options. This was a game changer for my husband from the start. Easy to assemble and has a large capacity for iced water bottles (we put frozen water bottles in bag with water to keep cold). Comes with different size straps but reason we gave this product 4 vice 5 stars is the lack of ease of putting straps on. Water stays super cold for hours. Initially I would help him put pack on but after a few days it was easy for him to put on without help and ease pain. Comes with wired remote where you can set how long you want it to run. Would definitely recommend for price and help with surgery.

I received this item, and I wanted to use it for my spinal fusion. I tried to send it back, but never heard anything else from the company.

I bought this to use after shoulder surgery. I read the reviews ahead of time, and I put the motor in my own ice chest with water and frozen water bottles, rather than to use the insulated bag provided in the kit. This helped to keep the floor from getting wet from condensation, but the connectors do leak a bit so I keep towels nearby to wipe up the small amount of water. This device serves its purpose to some degree, but it's not the greatest device for the amount charged. I wouldn't really recommend it for the price I paid.

Just didn't seem to be near as cold as ice packs but it was good enough to use while waiting for more ice to be made

About 2 weeks into use the motor started making a loud noise and not circulating good. Bought a cheaper unit and it is still working good

Bought this for after knee replacement and it would not work. The pump would not pump and it just kept saying power problem. We called the support people stayed on hold for 30 minutes and never got a person to help. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. We returned it to you.

the wrap cuff and hose bends very easily at the connection and stops water from circulating , very bad design
