Refresh Plus Lubricant Eye Drops Preservative-Free Artificial Tears, 0.4 ml, 50 Count

The product is great. I am taking it per my eye surgeon for cataracts as I live in a dry climate. Due to an injury I have to depend on delivery. But! One box was crushed and you could see the plastic vials. WalMart nicely refunded me, but please...shoppers and delivery people, check the products and if the boxes are crushed, opened, etc. do not deliver it to us. Now I have to re-order for delivery, watch for the delivery person (which is a pain as most get lost and I have to walk with a walker or cane around the building to find the delivery person, or package where they dropped it off on the ground---didn't follow directions). Again, the product itself is very good for me.

Not sure I like this refresh plus. I am used to the regular refresh, and I think this one has something that makes my eyes react. However, after the first use, my eyes got used to it… Go figure… I am trying to manage a dry eye and Refresh is what the ophthalmologist recommended.

These eye drops are wonderful. Refreshing, make you eyes feel nourished, not dry at all. I especially love that they come in individual packets, a new sterile eye drop every time. With winter coming and all the dry heat, these help alleviate that feeling of dryness. Very easy to use and no worries on weather they are fresh and sterile.

I like the single use vials. Great for traveling and to put in your purse. Easy to use and I use it when I get someone in my eye. For an eye wash. Refreshing. A little on the pricey side.

box is torn and battered!

Damaged box, completely tore up, smashed and cut open, so upsetting. The product is amazing however how this arrived was absolutely terrible!!

Couldn't review the item. Box was opened and missing vials.

It was the wrong eye lubricant so I'll have to return it. I needed Refresh Relieva and I received Refresh Plus. I was told I could only use Refresh Relieva because I've had cataract surgery. I just don't want to take a chance!

Delivery person explained the box was damaged when she received it. The product appeared undamaged but the quality of that product was brought into question. Quality control by store personnel would greatly improve the customer satisfaction.
