Love the ability to do this test at home. It lets me know if I'm on track so that my Dr. has less to lecture me aboutduring my 3 month intervals. He was unaware they had these as home tests and is pleased when I send him the screen shot of the results before my appointment
Must read instructions before use. But it gives you an accurate reading within 5 minutes. 1 box is enough for 6 months. 3 months between testing. Much easier at home than waiting in a clinic. I would recommend this to anyone that has diabetes or is borderline diabectic.
i am not diabetic but used these just to make sure i was ok when i was having kidney problems. they gave an accurate reading and i still have one more test left. the tests are expensive but for someone who needs it fast there is nothing more valuable than good health. it shipped fast too
If you like to keep track of your health, get one. My problem with this one was when it arrived, the outer box looked fine. But the inner box was torn up and resealed, so I know that happened at a store. Felt uneasy counting on it but, trying to return was out of the options. Just felt that walmart shouldn't have sent that to me in that condition. I really get tired of overpaying for damaged goods and complaining about it only makes me sad. I wish walmart would do better. When items come in a clean undamaged outer box, you know the employee that packed it knew is was damaged but didn't care.
Not very accurate. I used both tests 1 day apart, and values were 0.5 off from each other. My actual HbA1c (tested later that week) was 0.2 greater than the highest ReliOn test score.
It comes with 2 test vials, when they are gone you trash the whole thing. No refills available. Directions are VERY unclear and wasted both tests just trying to figure out how to use it, complete waste of 40 bucks.
Why is Walmart allowing pickers to give damaged medical products to it's customers? Oh, right! Those products are nonreturnable, so that just puts more money in the corporation's pocket while leaving us customer high %26 dry ~ I've gotten products, like glucose test strips, ketone test strips, alcohol swabs and lancets, with slits in the boxes and unsealed boxes, and this time for this product, a crushed box with remnants of some sort of liquid that had been spilled on it ~ This is unacceptable ~ Now I see why there are so many negative reviews! Such a disappointment!! Go inside yourself to make sure you get an undamaged box ~ It will save you money, along with the headache that would come with it!
Walmart shipped an opened/tampered with product to me. Right on the box it warns not to use the product if the safety seal has been broken. Because it is a diabetes testing product Walmart’s policy is that it is non returnable. The product I received had been opened and very clearly resealed with a piece of tape (see photo). So Walmart is knowingly selling/shipping damaged unusable diabetic testing items to customers , and we have no recourse because they have a no return policy on this category of products. Shame on you Walmart.
Directions are written so poorly it is impossible to get it right. I burned through both A1C kits and neither worked. Yes, I have a masters degree Plus 36 hours. I can read well. Good luck with this. I just threw $35 bucks out the window. Not happy.
This wasn’t as I expected because I would thought my A1C would go down a lot more. Because when I tested on my glucose monitor. My glucose was 70-82. And then when I took on this it’s was A1C of 6.1 unless my monitor wasn’t accurate. Anyway the next day I tried it again and it’s dropped down to A1C of 5.6. So to be honest I don’t recommended plus it’s not cheap at all. But that’s just my opinion. I mean yes it’s super fast shipping thank you for that but I don’t recommended.
