Great supplement for menopausal symptoms!
Since I've started taking this I've been able to sleep better with fewer night sweats and fewer hot flashes. This has been a tremendous help to me since I battle insomnia regardless of the other issues so anything that helps me to sleep is a plus. I highly recommend this item.

This product works better than ANY of the other ones! I've tried them all, and after using this one, I don't have any need to keep looking. I'm SOLD!

Does the job!
This is controlling my menopause symptoms. I have used several supplements. Most supplements work for me for a while and then they stop working. Don't know if this will do the same, but am glad it's working right now. I started seeing results within about a week.

Terrific relief!
I LOVE this product. I have tried every menopause/hot flash pill on the over-the-counter market. Including plain black cohosh. Remifemin is the ONLY one that works well (for me). You may not feel the same relief I do but I highly recommend you give it a try. Its not a magic instantaneous pill. You have to take it twice a day ( I took 2 a day for about 2 weeks before I noticed a difference). Once it was in my system for about 3 weeks I went down to one pill a day. That worked for me, everyone is different. I didn't notice any side effects. I still have an occasional hot flash but compared to 5-10 a day, it's now maybe 2-3 a week.

Worth a Try
I've tried over the counter meds and other natural herbs and these little tabs work better then both of them. They don't take away my night sweats however they do put me in a deeper sleep and seem to make my extreme night sweats not as horrible. I'm so very happy I give it a try. Hot Flash Help
I c an't really say how this product will work yet. It says you will see results in 2 weeks. But I'm optimistic, that it will help me with these hot flashes.

Some relief
I started trying the Remifemin Menopause & Perimenmopause about two weeks ago. I am so glad that I did. This seems to be working and seems to be safe. Positive results and the price isn't bad either.
