The Remington flat iron is very good but gets too hot if you're not careful. I want to return it because you sent me 2 and charged me for 2

I have had this hair straightener for many years and it just stopped working.I was glad that Walmart still had it and I ordered one.I like this one very much.

This is my second Remington (only bought because I can't find my last one) and it works great. Does not leave a burnt smell in your hair like some of the previous ones I've used. Great value for the money. The purple color is bright and a beautiful shade. Highly recommend!

Does a good job, flat ironing black hair.

This straightener is awesome. It straightens my long hair as well as other, more expensive flat irons. The only thing I would change on this model is that it does not stand upright on its own while resting on a flat surface, which is irritating.

like this brand last one I had lasted for 7 years

I have used the same version of the straightener since middle school, and I keep going back to it even after trying other, more expensive brands because this one is just so good to me. It's the only one that keeps my hair, soft and healthy feeling even after the heat damage. It also is affordable, which is a big deal to me, because I'm on a pretty small budget. It really is a relief that I can get this from my local Walmart whenever I need a new one… Which by the way is only every several years. My only complaint is that in the recent years this model has gotten lighter, which I know shouldn't be an issue, but I do feel like I have to hold it and squeeze it a little bit harder to get my hair quite a straight as it used to be when the straighteners were made a little bit heavier. That's just a personal preference though overall, it's still my favorite and I will keep using this one until they discontinue this model.

just getting used to using a flat iron,

I had this same one that lasted me for years. Finally gave out and this replacement, although it looks similar is cheaply made. Still works, just not the quality I expected.

This was a replacement after my straightener I had for years broke. Thought I'd order the same one since it's been great. Even though it looks the same, the quality has went down. it dsnt straighten like it did and my hair is constantly getting pulled out after getting caught in the cracks and crevices. Jst want my old straightener back.
