REMINGTON High Speed Hair Dryer with Diffuser, D3193

The price for this item was half the price it was on Amazon. I was able to purchase and pickup within 24 hours. This item is a gift that someone asked for so I can't really speak on the quality of the item because I haven't used it but from what I can see it is in great condition and should work just fine.

I needed a new one, my last hairdryer lasted 5 years and this one feels great and works so nice! Love the attachments, works great for short hair (my hair dries SO fast with this lol %26 a good heat protectant, “soapbox shield %26 shine” also from Walmart). Thank you Walmart!

I used to purchase Conair blow dryers. But after purchasing a Remington hair clipper, I was impressed with the quality and thought I'd try the blow dryer. It is very light weight and easy to use for people who have carpel tunnel, tendonitis, or issues raising their arms for a long time. I like the fact that my arms don't get tired having it up above my head for what feels like 5 minutes to dry my hair. It's light weight enough for my young children to use on their own as well. The speed is good, and it dries fast. I don't feel like I'm standing or sitting there forever and that it's takes forever to do its job. I would definitely recommend this and purchase another one.

Was actually surprised at how much I liked this. Picked it up to replace my broken one. I have naturally curly hair, and the diffuser is great! Heat level and power of air are both really good. And great price. Glad I didn't invest more into a blow dryer.

I have always used expensive hair dryers. Not this time. And, I'm kicking myself now for wasting so much money on hair dryers when this one is pretty perfect. The air stream is not blasted in your face, but an even flow that does not frizz your hair. The highest heat is enough to where it does not burn your head if you leave it on one spot for longer than 2 seconds. The cord is rather short, but I like it that way. The attachments are great too as they attach and remove easily. The dryer is also super light weight and simple to manage without your wrists getting their own separate workout.

I've been using this dryer for a few months and it works fine for basic use. It dries the hair fairly quickly and the price is great, but the heat level is definitely on the lower side. If you need a really hot dryer, this one won't deliver. For a quick dry before using a flat iron, it does the job.

It's "ok". My main issue is that the two toggle switches, for heat and for low/high power, and the cool-blast button are right where you hold the handle... so as you're using the dryer, you'll notice that the heat gets cooler and cooler, since your hand can't help but touch the buttons. Other than that, it's a good dryer for the money.

Sadly the design of this hair dryer is lacking. It's like nobody from Remington ever tested it before mass production. The ability to hold this hair dryer without changing the settings on it is impossible. I am guessing it is the reason others are saying it does not get/stay hot. It does stay hot if you don't accidently push the cold button which is very easy to do since you cannot hold this thing in a way to avoid pushing buttons. My old dry had harder to push sliders so I could hold it without accidently changing the settings. This dry has rockers which rock way to easy. The shorter cord ~4 feet long works well for me because I have an outlet close to where I dry my hair. My old dry had a 6 foot cord that would get caught up on my vanity drawer knobs and that is how I broke my old one. Because of the poor design on the buttons I cannot recommend the Remington hair dryer.

The cord length on this, otherwise okay, hairdryer is barely 5 feet long! I highly advise you to measure the cord length on your old hair dryer before you buy this one. In my case, the cord was almost 3 feet shorter than the old one, making this new hairdryer difficult and awkward to use.

The attachments do not fit the blow dryer! The only reason I bought was to have the attachments! I would like to return!
