Remington Botanicals™ 2" Flat Iron

Honestly, I never write reviews on walmart. Butttt this straightener is absolutely worth the time. Ever since I got this straightener everyone has been telling me my hair looks so healthy, shiny. and smooth. Which honestly is crazy when you think about burning hair LOL. But i love that it has so many settings, even the lower ones work great. I tend to stick to the 365, it STILL is so hot that i have to turn it down because the hair will hurt my hand lol. But it makes it silky smooth, and looks lively. Before purchasing this I had the same 1" one for 8 years.... I will never go back to 1" again

I purchased a well-known brand flat iron several years ago without checking the features first - only to realize it cost less because it had only one setting -450° and did not have an automatic turn off. But it kept working…. Then on a lark I bought this 2 inch Remington model. I am so glad I did. The difference is amazing. I encourage everyone to upgrade hair products even when they are still functional.

This is absolutely the best flat iron that I've ever used. It's easy to use the temperature setting is always being shown. You can select. Select this to raise the temperature or lower it. My hair stays flat and shiny for weeks at a time I don't have to go back and do it again and because of the place, they're wide enough I could just go through is spend less time flat iron in my hair, which is beyond shoulder length it's really a great product. I was actually surprised by the quality of this product definitely would recommend if I need to. I will definitely buy again. It's a great buy a great value for the money very easy to use.

I am enjoying my new straightener! It makes my hair silky smooth. I have problem areas of hair that just doesn't like to straighten but this straightener handles them with ease. Living in South Georgia, the humidity is terrible but on a rainy day my hair didnt frizz up and curl. Occasionally it did pull my hair but i have decided that they ALL do it. I thought the location of the buttons would be a problem but they haven't been.

I don't know why it took me so long to get 2 inches but I'm glad I did because the way this made my straightening process soooo much easier. I have dense kinky curly Afro textured hair and this was so smooth no snags and at 2 inches still got to my roots extremely well. I also love the color and the floral design along with the even heating ceramic plates this flat iron closes all the way so you know you're going to get a great press, it also has a locking feature so you can close it then wrap your cord around the base which protects the flat iron. This saved me sooo much money because I was looking for a new iron but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for one. I was also able to go in bigger sections because of the plate size. Remington I am THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED!!!!

Light and easy to use with my small hands. The color is matte and does not clash with my bathroom deco.

I absolutely love this straightener! The color is beautiful, it heats up fast, and it has a lock to hold it in place for traveling.

Easy to use, heats up fast. It's pretty. I'm used to a 1" flatiron, but this works better for when I grow my hair longer. Only thing is that it doesn't straighten the hairline as well as the 1". Be careful too, because it gets hot enough that it can burn your hair (my hair is average but more in the fine side so if you leave it too long you may get singe). Otherwise I like it.

The buttons on this straightener are in a bad place and I sometimes accidentally click them while straightening. Other than that, I love this straightener and it works great for the price. Would recommend.

This straightener heated up very well and the quality of it is great however, for me, I felt like it left a coating on my hair and made it very heavy, like I had used products on it I also think it broke more pieces of my hair off, then my usual hair straightener so for me I wasn't satisfied with it, but it may be a good product for others.
