First of all, I am in love!! I am an African American woman with relaxed hair. I like to stretch my relaxers, which means I often have new growth that makes it more of a challenge when flat ironing. This flat iron enables me to get soooo close to the roots. Aside from that, my hair goes thru it like butter, there is no crunchiness.

perfect for grabbing short hair or edges! it works great, heats up fast, gets very hot, has temperature control, automatic shut-off, i was hesitant but I'm glad I bought it

This product was way better than i couldve ever imagined. the settings are spectacular and theres a little flash notification for when the temp you set is at its hottest and ready to use. The texture of the product is super smooth and EXTREMELY EASY to handle.

Super small great for a short bob to give texture and volume as well as straight styles!

I received my package on time. I like remington products. I would order again. It does what I need it to do for my hair.

This styler works well on my short hair. I use it to add curl not to straighten. My one complaint is that I have to set the temperature every time I use it. It heats very quickly.

its a good flat iron, but bulky. due to the thickness of its structure, your curls aren't as tight. wish the exterior part was slimmer. also, the entire thing heats up and gets hot to the touch. so be careful when using. and the outer is just as hot as the plates.

This is horrible! It pulls out hair because it has small grooves in it. I wish I would have bought another brand. I can't find the box, so I probably can't return this.
