This heating pad works great! It is very convenient and easy to use. I especially like the snaps to secure it to my neck and shoulders. It has three timer settings and nine heat settings. It will automatically shut-off once completed. This pad heats fast ( temperature is too hot above setting five) and for most nothing above a four on temperature will be needed.
The soft snug wrap is great. Snaps perfectly around your neck. You can adjust the heat level and a timer. Great buy!
It's worth the money. Great for shoulder and neck pain. It may not fit everyone. I'm a plus size women. The neck size is just right, and it covers my shoulders well. The heat output is good. I use the highest setting for 30 minutes.
Overall I like this heading pad, however it's not perfect. I have had this for three days now and have been using it for my neck that was injured in a car accident. I absolutely LOVED the snap at the front to help hold it snuggly. However the snap came apart from the fabric on one side so now it is useless. I may sew some Velcro and remedy it that way. I also wish it was a little longer. It tends to ride up on the back and not make great contact. I believe if it were longer, that would be less of an issue. Positives are the fabric is soft, controls are easy to use, and the neck portion does stand up and gets the heat where I need it.
Potential Health Hazard - Strong Chemical Off-Gassing. The moment I opened the package, a sharp chemical smell from the pad's fabric was noticeable. Despite days of airing, the odor persists and is overwhelmingly strong during use. It induced physical reactions like lightheadedness and a weird taste in my mouth within 5 minutes, which I believe are signs of exposure to irritating chemical vapors. Iam deeply concerned about what substances are being released from the material, especially for a heated product that may increase chemical emission. I've discontinued use immediately for my health and safety.
I have purchased this September 9 and have used it three times a week up until two days ago it stopped working while in use. It got really hot and then just shut off completely and I have tried to plug it in five different outlets and unplugged. The entire heating pad from itself plug it back in and nothing has worked.
It stopped working a few weeks after I received it. It was great - soft, hot - while it worked but that was only for a short time.
Item quit working after third time of using it.
The button that holds the heating pad on your shoulder’s does not last long. Bought it for my wife a few weeks ago and she uses it every day. The snap button has broken already. Other than the button issue it does work well so far
