i love the smell so nice . only thing didn't get the Snarls of my hair, had to cumb it for ever. but after i got them out blow dryed my hair .it was very soft and silky

Remoure is all I have used for years. this bottle of conditioner was very thin. I do think I will call customer service because this is not normal for thier product. I have alwyas loved this hair care product.

It doesn't matter how much of this I try to lather in my hair, it does nothing. It's like a really thin consistency, I left it in my hair longer, still no improvement. It's definitely a disappointing product, I had high hopes, I have very fine hair, but. a lot of it and it requires a good conditioner. This just did absolutely nothing for my hair.

This used to be so good - and then they changed it and my hair is gross. It had a creamy coconut scent, it was so hydrating and felt luxurious and now it leaves my hair dried out and frizzy and has a low key chemical smell to it. I'm a very fickle ADHD girlie who loves switching up products but I would have kept replenishing the pills formula of this product if it had stayed good. Ugh! Not even worth using the rest on my dog - throwing it away. Now I have to find a new favorite. Including old/new photos since I have both bottles. (Same review is going under the conditioner!)

I have been a loyal Renpure customer for over a decade, but their recent changes have led me to never purchase another Renpure product again. I will start with the fact that the line of products I was using for almost 10 years was just suddenly eliminated. I understand that happens, so I switched to one of their other lines of products. None ever worked as well as the original one, but I made due. Then they decided to eliminate almost all the Renpure originals, and replace them with smaller, watered down, cheap ingredient products. One bottle of Renpure 32 ounce conditioner used to last me 2-3 months, this new version, at 28 ounces, only lasted me 3 weeks and left my hair an oily, greasy mess! I won't waste my money with Renpure anymore, since they clearly are looking for cost cutting and shrinkflation to inflate their profits and no longer care about the products they are putting out.

I used to love this shampoo and conditioner, but the last couple times I've bought it, there was a very noticeable change in its texture and effectiveness. It feels watery and cheap now, and leaves my hair feeling nasty. I will never recommend this brand again. You may as well get cheap V05 if you're going to get this, because it's the exact same quality now. Truly awful. Congrats Renpure, you ruined your products and you're losing all of your long-time customers. Whoever came up with the idea to change your formula really ought to be fired.

I cannot rate the satisfaction and quality of the product because I have not used it yet, but the package was intact and unopened. It looks like it it is in good condition. The price is very reasonable.
