Exact replacement
My original battery finally bit the dust after 10+ years. Ordered the new battery and it worked perfectly. Exact replacement for the old battery. Easy to order and timely arrival. No hassels. The unit has worked great for years and we have a LOT of power outages with our electric supplier. Great product.

Why I love your products
I can't remember when I first bought the surge protector but I've been really satisfied with the product. You know it's doing the job because you don't even think about it. When the battery slowly died out, I had no problem and never gave it a second thought about going to the company to purchase a replacement. I would have no problem recommending it to anyone who needs a surge protector.

Just popped it
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and didn't put it in for a couple of days. (A little nervous about how hard it would be. I shouldn't have worried because it was easy! Just open the back and unhook the old battery and pop in the new one. PLUS they sent a FedEx label to use to get the old battery recycled!

Replacement UPS-Backup Battery
I purchased a replacement battery for my APC UPS-Backup unit for my tower computer through Schneider Electric. It was so easy to replace. The battery was received in the mail within three days. I had a couple of questions that were answered by their technical staff. I am very satisfied with my new battery.

APC UPS big or small keeps you ups and running!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] APC Smart UPS 1000, upgraded to a 1500 have been used for years for my computers with a few battery replacements, the 1500 still working. Now thls smaller UPS p-apcrbc110 battery is used with a smaller Back-UPS 600 for desk lights and soon for a 55" Samsung SmartTV 4K to be installed on a wall. The Back-UPS 600 was given to me by a neighbor, needing a new battery, now powering and surge protecting with the new p-apcrbc110 battery.

Second replacement battery
For the second time in more than ten years, I bought and installed a replacement battery. Promptly delivered, easy enough to install. However, this latest battery was way more expensive than the previous replkacement some five years ago...

New Battery died in 1 week
Battery seems used. New batter died within a week. Tested voltage with Multimeter and only had 5.9V.
