This product is OUTSTANDING!!! I continue to purchase these fly traps for my backyard as they are hands down the most effective fly abatement method I have ever experienced. I now order them in bulk!! They are stinky once you add the water but this is why they are so effective!! Hang them away from your backyard/patio area as they are a bit smelly. I now buy them in bulk so that I will always have some on hand.
I live in a small town- horses and cattle less than 1/2 mile away. Flies are really bad in warm weather. I hung this product in back about 10 feet from my back door. Sure enough, the flies love the scent of this product and hang around it instead of following me inside. True to instructions, the flies can get in but cant get out. The product kills them. Since I hung this product, I have had zero flies inside. I ordered a whole box of these for replacements.
We had an animal die in our attic above garage and had giant flies as a result. We tried other products but these by far are the easiest and best. They do have a strong odor wouldn't recommend using inside. They are super simple to set up and you'll be amazed at the amount of flies that end up in the bag!
All my neighbors are starting to order them because they saw me order them and saw them in my backyard and loved them. They have so much problems with flies now they know they won't have that much problems. I think every flight in Orlando Florida is here. 🤦♀️🤣😂
There can't be any thing better than these to prevent flies especially in May. We had a couple hanging up in the shed where we store trash cans. The shed burned down in July, and within two or three days, the flies were around again. As soon as we bought more of these fly traps, the flies disappeared.
these are the best for reducing the fly population! they are stinky, but they do work! I highly recommend this product and keep them on hand year round.
This REALLY attracts flies. Works great if hung by a drain spout, from the gutter on the shady (north) side of the house. Other locations get good results but the drain spout must be especially fragrant and attracts swarms
Less flies is always a plus! Just don't place too close to windows and doors…you won't want the smell! Such a good product that really works to draw in the flies!!
I've used this product before so I knew it worked. I decided to get the disposable one this time to make life a little easier by just throwing it out instead of the original one I used where you changed it out. It worked like I knew it would by attracting the flies and trapping them BUT the setup design is terrible. You need to cut along the dotted line and than pull the top part up and out. I lost 2 of them because when I was pulling it up and out it tore the bag more to the extent it became unusable. Bad design.
It surely does attract flies, but if you have a big problem, as we did last summer, it will fill up fast and it will start to stink. Still, after two or three weeks of hanging these traps in the problem area, we didn't have so many flies any more.
