Had a broken office chair before and needed something good for working from home and gaming and I tell ya it's worth it. Real comfy. I use the footrest when I play my Switch or PlayStation mainly. Only wish I could've gotten another color than gray at the time of purchase

One side of the footrest broke within 2 hours of having the chair put together. The plastic piece broke holding it. We ended up trying to epoxy it back together because it was a gift for my son and we didn't have the box Other then that, it's a nice chair. But not sure I would pay extra for a foot rest again.

Haven't opened it yet. It's a Xmas present. The box looks beat up. Hope the chair is okay… :/

I personally liked the chair except the seat tilted slightly forward and when reclined, just the back would recline and not the seat with it. I bought this chair for my girlfriend and she did not like it at all. After I put it together, she said she did not like it. I promptly packed it up and returned to Walmart.

Arrived box open poor tape job. luckily all contents in box. Put entire thing together, only to find small 1 inch long cut along upper left lateral side of chair. Wrote seller from address on their Website. been 1 wk no reply great chair Horrible packing, Horrible customer service.

I put together the chair directly from box to find a tear on the top of the chair. It wouldn't be as big of the deal but I see it tearing more given the location of tear from use. I am very disappointed because it large item and hard to ship back without taking to mailing location. I am still debating on keeping or go through the hassle of returning this large item to a store.

Walmart sent me a used chair that was damaged. The box was all taped up and damaged. Chair was torn and now have to go through the hassle of returning the whole thing.

Seaming ripped apart on top of chair. Looks like someone tried to reseal it prior to packaging. Opened box to put together on Christmas Eve for a Christmas gift. Very disappointed

When purchased I was told it would be recieved by the following weekend. No shipping information provided, No tracking number. Contact Walmart it was marked as shipped and never even left the warehouse. So I have to get a replacement for one I never received. I get an update and recieve the chair but there are no hardware. The chair looked used. By this time they cannot replace it they are sold out. They cannot swap the color or exchange it so I return it. So frustrating. This was a gift

In a very short amount of time, (6 months) this chair has begun to shred. My son usually games for about 2-3 hours a day. He's also a very slender guy, so I'm trying to figure out why this would happen so fast. Good looking but not manufactured very well at all.
