This ice pack is huge. You won't have to move it around to get to other spots. It's really sturdy and it can tri fold. I store it folded and unfold when I use it. It stays colder much longer than the clear gel packs. You cold do you legs and back for 20 minutes and it will still be ice cold.

Excellent product for the Avascular Necrosis in both hips and knees. Small icepacks do not work for pain trying to go to sleep or after physical therapy. In fact this was referred by my physical therapist. The size is perfect to wrap around hips and knees.

Resters choice, cold therapy pack is as promised. It stays cold for very long time. I have to remove it after 20 minutes because 20 minutes is plenty and it is still semi frozen.

This coldpack is all it claims to be: big, well-made, etc. But, be forewarned: it's HEAVY. Elderly or disabled folks might have trouble positiojing it becausè the size and weight make it awkward to handle. Otherwise, it's worth the price!
