The phone was defective and it was a lot of hassle to try and figure out what the problem was, but on the good side the company gave me a full refund

The phone in general is fine. Other that an few scratches and the fact that the batter status is at 74 which is low but this is a refurbished phone but other than that is cool.

The battery health came at 77 percent. I guess its expected but still. I took it to Apple and had the battery changed. Cost me 53 bux. The ad did not say anything about verizon. But when it shipped the paperwork said verizon. No biggie i guess cause its unlocked but still. It seems a good phone now. I put my old iphone sim in it from boost and it worked. Im waiting on a fresh sim

The phone has scratches all over the phone. I am returning immediately after opening the phone. I recommend to take protection plan. The refurbished phone at least they should have replaced the back panel. But they delivered it on time.

I want to return this phone as soon as I set it all up and put my sim in it The phone would call out and call in but couldn't hear nothing it's not letting me use the microphone to talk or nothing and the phones showing that the battery is degraded to change the battery don't buy! Will not allow incoming or outgoing calls to be heard just a warning. Had to put my sim back in my old phone smh. What a waiste of money

The microphone doesn't work when I FaceTime or make calls no one can hear me, and I can't hear the Other person on the other end, it sounds muffled. When I record videos or voice memos I can't hear the sound. Everything else is alright

It doesnt work properly the home button is lose and sometimes I cant pick up my calls because it freezes so no I wouldnt recommend this seller to no one
