Restored Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF Computer Desktop Intel Core i7 32GB Ram 1TB SSD Windows 11 Pro (Refurbished)

This unit was in perfect condition when I opened the well - packed carton. I transferred my entire windows 8.1 and had zero issues. The computer has a ton of storage , 1 TB ssd, fast processor , 32GB ram and operates great. I would have no issues recommending this reconditioned unit to friends.

I'm used to Windows 10, but Win 11 seems a bit better in some ways, but "eh" in other ways. the case seems durable, though in insides are REALLY tight. So dar it works great.Wirhvall the USB connections, there's plenty to go around. The HDMI connections make my monitor fly and ROCK since its a gaming monitor. I just seem tonlike everything about it MUCH better than the spoor old slow thing I USED to have. I reccomend this one to everyone especially becuase if the price !

This machine is great. Efficient %26 fast. This Particular unit was refurbished by Orlando PC Pro LLC. Their customer service was spectacular. This unit (a DELL Optiplex 9020 with Windows 11) was sent out missing two of it's rubber feet, on both the bottom and the side. This computer can be used upright or on it's side. They sent the replacement feet right out to me with in a week. These are obviously used, refurbished computers. Being a bit of engineering tech-head, I like to open a computer up and familiarize my self with a new piece of gear. It is a great running computer but had a scratch in the paint on the side by the hatch and had lots of dust %26 human hair inside on the motherboard and cables. They really should have done what I did. Wipe it out and I used my hair dryer on cool to blow all the dust and hair out so as to have a clean fresh start for it's life with me as my computer. All and all I have to say ...that for $290.11 with tax shipped. What a deal.

Hasn't had any problems with this machine. Will update if needed, so far so good!! he loves the Pro Version. When he is Happy, I am extra Happy !!

So far so good. Only problems were due to trying to install programs that were incompatiple with windows 11. After figuring that out, everything was fine

Wrong computer sent, sent me Optiplex 7040 instead of what I ordered which was Rate: Restored Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF Computer Des.., no note saying why. no cord for monitor sent me power cord which I already had %26 key board %26 mouse which I did not need. the plug in was different on the new computer and my monitor was different so I had to figure out what new cord I needed %26 order it. It was another week before I could set it up %26 realize it was not what I ordered. I don't like that you need the internet before you can even get the computer to show it's programs. if I hadn't had it on a ph I would not been able to set my computer up. The instructions that was sent with computer was not very helpful and was very limited. so far the computer is working find but it's not what I ordered. and they should have sent a monitor cord. You can't install it if you can't see it.

First of all it did not have a ssd hard drive second even tho it has win 11 installed you can not upgrade it any further according to the reviews I read after I bought it

It plugged in %26 seemed to work I had to go to hospital %26 when returned A Technician said it was Dead ! I tried to explain to Walmart return but was told was too late So I guess I'm out the money But I Learned to NEVER buy “ Restored” again From Walmart

This computer was not refurbished to meet Windows 11 hardware requirements but used a work-around to install and activate Windows 11. There is no guarantee that Microsoft will contimue to legitimize this installation and could deny updates at any time.

I ordered a Restored Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF Desktop Intel Core i7 32GB Ram 1TB SSD Windows 11 Pro from seller OPC Pro. Of course they said it was restored like new. Well, after I set it up, wasn't on the computer for about one hour. I was in the middle of doing something and then, all of a sudden the computer completely shut down. I unplugged the PC waited for a few minutes hoping that would help. I plugged the PC back up and nothing happened. The power button didn't work but at times it would blink. I tried pushing the power button hoping the PC would start. But it wouldn't so I tried to contact the seller and hopefully he/she will contact me soon. I am going to return the PC and do not wish to order another from this seller. I will keep you updated.
