Looks brand new and works like brand new. I've had this product for a week as an upgrade from my old Xbox one. The performance is very noticeable in my gaming with the frame rate and the graphics with my UHD tv are amazing! If you are a serious gamer it's a must have.

Great deal/price. Item as described. Came directly from Microsoft refurbished in perfect care, box was factory sealed. The package (outside of box) does have “Refurbished” branded on it......so not the best choice for a gift unit possibly.

For one the delivery driver leaves my xbox in the rain. I got the xbox hooked up it's been two days now and the xbox shut off on its own and takes a couple time of starting it back up before it actually comes back on but works good other than that

It worked for a couple days before it quit working. Not impressed.

The system would not make it past the setup/update screen. An error message would pop up each time the update was attempted. Spent hours troubleshooting, tried resetting, power cycling, etc but none of it worked. After awhile it would no longer connect to the tv. The disc eject button was also not functional. Poor quality product, returned the same day I received it.

No power cord! Just the HDMI Cable, the Xbox X Console and the Controller. I can't play it without a power cord!

So bummed! Spent 10+ hours trying to get the broken Xbox they sent to work. Damaged storage or memory... It started off just super glitchy, but then devolved until it could even turn on.
