arrived on time was very well packed got everything o ordered had one small scratch but no big deal. Works great i love it. They even put 2 thank you mints in box awesome touch would definitely buy from them again

This was my first experience in buying refurbished tech and I have no regrets!! The console arrived in perfect condition it looked brand new, carefully packaged, and all 3 games included! (1 hard copy and 2 digital copies). Super quick shipping too, will definitely be revisiting Walmart for video game purchases :)

Missing 2 of the 3 game's very disappointed.

I didn't receive the games that was supposed to come with it. I emailed and I never got any response back.

The playstation works perfectly, however, I bought it as a bundle with 3 games. One game wad a disc, and the other two had codes to redeem for the game. When we attempted to redeem the codes, they were already redeemed.

The console it's missing screws and one usb port is broken. It don't work right it makes too mucho noise when it's on. One of the games don't work as well. They won't answer emails or phone calls

I received the system but 1 game which has a disk. The other two games were codes that were already used so only 1 game with the system.
