I have very long hair and always have to use a blow dryer,brush and then a flatiron. This New Revlon Pro Collection one step Hair Dryer and Styler do all that in one step ! The brush is soft the tips of the brush is coated with a easy soft little balls that separate my hair and the paddle is big to dry big sections at one time. I did not have to worry about burning my hair because it has a auto shut off if the heat gets to hot. There are three heat settings cool,low and high. It's a very pretty shade of hot pink. Very modern looking. The cord is a swivel so it don't tangle up.It's not very heavy at all.There is IONIC conditioning in the dryer that helps to eliminate static and frizz that enhances shine for silky smooth results.You can even use it on the cool setting to just freshen up your hair. My hair was shiny and straight after I used the Revlon Hair Dryer and Styler. I absolutely love my Revlon Pro collection Hair Dryer and styler. Be a wonderful gift for the holidays or a birthday . I can see tweens and teenagers loving this!

I was pleased to receive this Revlon Pro Collection One-Step Hair Dryer and Styler through the Spark Reviewer Program. My daughter had seen it on line and said she would like to try this product. She has thick,curly hair that tends to frizz. In the summer we would wet her hair, put styling product in it and let it dry naturally. Unfortunately this can't be done in the cold winter months. Constant flat ironing and the traditional hair dryer is not good for the health of your hair. The Revlon Brush/Dryer solves the problem!! It is easy to use. Wash your hair and put the products in that you normally would. Towel dry your hair. I suggest you comb your hair first with a wide tooth comb or I also use the wet brush to ensure there are no knots in the hair. Then section your hair to use the styler. I pinned the wet part to keep it away from the section I was styling. Hold the hair on the bottom and start brushing the hair from the root to the bottom. Keep doing it until the piece you are styling is dry. Keep sectioning and drying till it is done. When the hair is completely dried,I brushed the entire head with the dryer. Then I turned on the cold setting brushed the hair to seal the cuticle. Its that easy!! For thick hair use the high setting. For fine hair use the lower setting. I kept asking my daughter was her head getting burned at the scalp;she said no. This is because with a brushing motion you are constantly moving the dryer which avoids burning the hair and scalp. This also makes the act of styling less time consuming and fatiguing. When we flat ironed or blow dried the hair it took 40 minutes. With the Revlon Pro Styler it took 20 minutes. The cord rotates for easy styling. I would like to see it be a little longer. I suggest keeping your hands away from the brush and only hold it near the bottom of the handle because the brush gets hot. When I placed it down to work with the hair I put it on a trivet for safety purposes. This styler can be used the next day to quickly freshen your hair style. It uses ionic technology for fast dry time and less frizz. It also has a 3 year limited warranty. Most products have a 1 year warranty. This is an easy solution to beautiful hair. Thanks Revlon.

Revlon Dryer & Styler: this one step dryer and styler has the power of a dryer and the precision of a styler. It uses less heat and less chances of damaging your hair; it's light weight design allows you to style your hair like a professional; 3 heat settings and tangle free swivel cord makes your hair stress free and fun. It smoothes, dries and styles your hair in less time than it takes to dry your hair and style with a flat iron or curling iron. My hair dried so quickly. I was surprised. It has a large paddle brush style head. It's a little heavy but not as heavy as some other hair dryers I have been over the years. I also thought the handle took getting used to because it's larger than what I'm used to. It's a little thicker making it a little harder to hold than a regular hair dryer. The electric cord is a swivel-type so it does not tangle like others cords. It is really good at straightening wavy or curly hair. It also has a 3-year limited warranty (Yahoooo!!). It's not quite as noisy as regular hair dryer and seemed that it kept fly aways and frizz to a minimum. This is a perfect gift and the price is reasonable.

Revlon Hair Dryer and Styler product that I just tested its little bit different than I am used to. Sometimes when I wish to straightening my hair it's hard if you don't use or have right product. This item seems very good thing because you can straighten and dry hair at same time any time you want at privacy of your home. After trying Revlon Hair Dryer and Styler, I am very appreciative with functionality it performs. There is some design flaws for me as older women, because handle is thicker and it is not comfortable holding it for longer period (5-15 minutes) because it seems very heavy. Everything else seems very good made from material to overall design. Also it is very easy to store or carry with you on trip if you have to. Using this product is very easy. There are three heat settings: cool, low and high. Brush paddle is wide so it covers large portion of hair for quicker drying and styling. Revlon does claim that this type of Hair Dryer and Styler produce less damage on hair. Also is has swivel power cord so it is tangle-free. Directions are also included if you need it. I would recommend any one I know if they need new hair dryer to replace with this design instead of conventional dryer.

Disclaimer - I received the product from the Walmart Spark Reviewer program. Pros - 2 in 1 function, styling to the point, comfortable, easy to maneuver, light weight Cons - warm to hot to touch on the brush after completion I got this product for free. I used it to do my daughter's hair after washing. She likes it a lot. She said that the brush tips are soft and that make her comfortable. Also there is no need to do drying and styling separately. The hair dryer's control is different from the others. The control is a circular ring located at the bottom of the handle. One could say it's inconvenient if one likes to change the power often a lot, from cool to low to high, vice versa. For me, I am neutral to it. I stay at high at all times as always, and my daughter reportedly saying good. That I think customer's comfort is important. It is light weight, and is very easy to maneuver. After all the hair is dry, the style is set. However, one must be careful about the hotness at the surface (top) of the styling brush at the end, it is warm to hot. It is not too hot to the degree that will make you burnt. But if it is used by a teenager, one should be reminded. The surface would not touch the body if it is used correctly. In my case, my daughter did not report any unusual sensation during the drying process. I do not know the wattage of the dryer. It is not specified anywhere but it is as good and powerful as the other dryers. Overall, 3 year warranty, my daughter likes it, I like it., it deserves a 4-stars. One star off for the hotness as stated above.

I was skeptical about using this product because I am transitioning to natural hair, so my hair is slightly coily. The thing I do like about it is the fact that the bristles are flexible and I don't feel like I'm ripping my hair out when drying it; the heat is also gentler than that of a regular blow dryer, so I don't feel like I'm getting heat damage just from drying my hair. It tends to act more like a diffuser to spread the air over each section of your hair, instead of concentrating too much in one area; I really like that aspect as well. So overall, it gets two thumbs up; however, it may be more difficult for those with tightly coiled/ curled hair; it seems to be meant for the straighter- haired individuals, but is still a nice alternative to your traditional comb hair dryer.

I used the Revlon Pro Collection One-Step Hair Dryer and Styler on two of my granddaughter's hair. My 8 year old granddaughter is bi-racial and her hair texture is curly, wavy, kinky. She is very tender headed, meaning every touch hurts her. She does not enjoy getting her hair done. I did not try this product on wet hair; I used it to attempt to smooth out the texture of her hair. The hair product that I used on my granddaughter's hair before using the one step styler brush was olive oil. The one step styler brush smoothed her hair out enough where it was able to not hurt, but she wanted her hair to be straighter. She has a lot of hair so I also flat-ironed her hair to get it straightened to her liking. Possibly if I chose another hair product to use on her hair it may have gotten straighter. My 4 year old granddaughter, has African-American hair texture and her hair is thinner and shorter than her cousins hair. I also used olive oil on her hair and her hair came out pretty smooth. We both liked the results. I would recommend this product, I feel it is useful to be able to limit the styling hassles of kinky hair. It is easy to use because the brush is not an attachment that could slip off when struggling to get through the kinks. I used the cool setting for my granddaughters because the higher setting was too hot for them. The higher setting would have possibly gotten their hair straighter, since heat smooths it out.

I got this in the hope that it might minimise the whinging that accompanies post-bath hair brushing and drying with my 4 year old daughter. The seating of the bristles is very soft, so it doesn't offer any resistance to knotted hair; the bristles simply bend instead of actually brushing. But using the low setting after brushing with a proper brush it is definitely quicker than an ordinary dryer and saved us a final brushing once dry. The hot air only vents out of the top half of the ‘paddle' of the brush, so the bottom half only contributes to brushing and not to drying. I tried the cold shot and couldn't feel any change from the low setting; possibly because the inside of the dryer-styler is already hot and will naturally take some time to cool. I didn't wait to find out how long. On my hair, shoulder length and very fine, it's really just a fancy hairdryer. It works, and is still quicker than an ordinary dryer as it does remove the need for some brushing, but it certainly didn't leave my hair smooth enough for me to go without flat ironing afterwards. It saved me a bit of time, but not much. I wasn't concerned about the heat at the end of the dryer-styler, which is one of the warnings on the packaging. However, it is quite big and unwieldy, the handle is certainly much thicker than an average dryer, and the weight is not well balanced along its length.

I am not very good at drying and styling my hair, especially having very thick hair. I have only used it a few times and each time I got the results I wanted , which was to dry my hair getting the layers in the front of my face to lay the way I wanted them to without spending hours to get them to look right and not get frizzy hair . The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 out 5 was that I found the brush part to be a little large and it would be better if it was slightly smaller or it came with changeable brush heads . Apart from that though I couldn't fault it and it was nice to dry my hair without it going frizzy. It really was very easy to use especially if, like myself, you find it difficult to style your hair with a dryer & brush as you never seem to have enough hands. With this product having 2 hands is really enough. It also doesn't seem to overheat it after using for more then 20 minutes and the parts that do heat up cool very quickly.

I was able to use and review the Revlon Style and Dry 2 in 1 Hair Dryer. It is a very ingenious idea and I just had to try it because I absolutely cannot use a brush and hair dryer at the same time. There is a high, low and cool setting. The power is in the base of the handle and you twist it to get to the heat setting you want. The plug comes with a built in circuit breaker as do most hair dryers and the cord is a tangle free swivel cord. The brush bristles are soft and pliable yet sturdy enough to get thru the hair easily. This hair dryer makes dealing with the back of your hair easier and it leaves your hair smooth and static free. My hair is fine and has terrible static, but after using this hair dryer there is little to no static when I'm done. Although it is effective at what it does I do find it awkward to use. The most comfortable way for me to hold it is to have my hand across the back of the brush head, which would be fine but that area gets burning hot so I can't keep my hand there. There is a notice that comes with it that mentions that the casing getting very hot to the touch is part of normal operation so that is not something wrong with it, but it is something I don't really like. The heat is all coming out of the top of the brush head so it almost seems like if you hold it off your head and just brush your hair with the top few bristles it would be more effective. That's really the biggest thing I do not like about it. It would be better if the air came out in other places along the brush head. Using this hair dryer did not shorten my styling time, which honestly isn't that long to start with. I have not yet been able to get my hair completely dry in under the amount of time I usually do. The unit is advertised as being lightweight but I think it's kind of heavy. That could be due to how awkward it feels to me though. Overall it's not a bad hair dryer and I will definitely use it.
