Another neat and clear product from Rexing. This camera includes somewhat of a side recording for better coverage. You will find this feature extremely useful if you live in or travel to cities as the expanding bicycle and e-scooters and ebikes usage expands. This will help capture more when “knock on wood” accident happens. Quality is still very good as usual.
The Rexing 4CH is an excellent quality dash cam for its price! This was my first upgrade within the Rexing lineup, and I'm very impressed with the performance and build quality. I highly recommend giving their cameras a try if you're looking for reliable, high-value dash cams.
Well now, I'll tell y'all, this Rexing 4 channel dash cam's been a real game-changer ridin' ‘round these NC roads. It ain't just about recordin' what's straight ahead no more, now I've got me that extra camera stuck right on the back glass. Slapped it on with the mount and it holds firm as can be. What that means is, I ain't just seein' out front, I got eyes all ‘round. This whole rig covers every field ‘round my truck. Whether somebody's ridin' my bumper or cuttin' me off from the side, I know it's on video, clear as day. G-sensor makes sure anything sudden gets locked down safe. Add in that 32 gig card it comes with (but I put main 128 gig), and you're set straight outta the box. So if you want somethin' tough, easy to mount, and coverin' every angle like a hound circlin' the yard this here one is the way to go.
Today has been day two having it and it's been great. Still working out what I'm sure is user error on why I don't see video in the app after it's connected but it's recording to the SD card and is otherwise working. I was a little worried the rear camera wouldn't reach my back window. I have a 8 seater Traverse. But it reached and had extra which was super nice. Quality is nice and it doesn't feel cheap. The screensaver is a nice touch that displays the date and time.
This very nice unit captures 4-Channels with front, rear, left, and right views all in 1080p. It has infrared night vision for low-light conditions and an App that allows many different settings and functions to be controlled from a smartphone. The cameras have loop recording which is continuous and locks important files if a collision occurs. It comes with a 32GB microSD card along with a MicroSD adapter.
I have used mainly Rexing and Viofo cameras in my cars and have never had an issue with either brand. I have even used one of each in order to have video of my front dashboard and inside cabin. With this camera I can now do all of that in one, plus a rear camera as well. It is extremely convenient to have an all in one camera, the only thing that could make it better is a jump to 2k front dash camera quality (which Rexing does sell and I might get to replace my 2nd cars setup). Having 4 cameras is something I didn't know I wanted until I had it. Very happy with the purchase.
Coming from a Rexing V1, the camera is so much easier to use. I wish it could use my existing rear camera from my V1, but it's not an issue. installation was easy and straightforward. So far its working great with my 128gb card. The app could use some work. Sometimes i cant load video files after the fact.
Been owning this device for a bit over a month now and has nothing but good experiences! Rexing has been my top choice for dash cam for the last 4-5 years. I bought at least 4-5 of them for my family members and all have been working well without any problem! It's “American standard with Chinese price tag” because you have soooo many great features for a $200 dash cam. I love how easy it is to set up. The instructions are easy to follow and straightforward. I love how easier it is to export those videos from the dashcam to my phone through their wifi and I have no problem whatsoever. Rexing has been a reliable brand and will always be the only dash cam brand I would recommend!!!! Get them quick. You wont be disappointed!
I bought the Rexing RW4 dash cam for about $200, and here's my experience so far... This camera records in 1080p, which is perfectly fine for everyday use (if you want peace of mind and protection against insurance fraud, a dash cam is a must-have). Of course, it's not 4K, but it's good enough for my needs. During the day the quality is decent, but at night, if the street isn't well lit, it's harder to read license plates or notice small details (which could be a downside if you need it mainly for night security). The installation was pretty easy. The manual explains the basics, but I still had to watch a YouTube tutorial to set everything up properly. The box comes with some clips and adhesives to hold the cable (depending on your car and how neatly you want it installed, you might need a couple more if you plan to run it all the way to the rear window). The suction cup mount does the job. It doesn't feel extremely strong, but so far it has held securely without falling off. One thing I really liked is that it comes with a 32GB memory card, so you don't have to buy one separately to start using it right away. That's a nice plus. Other than that, the camera does its job: it records the front, the sides, and even through the rear window. For the price, I'd say it's a standard dash cam that does what it's supposed to do without being outstanding. In other words, good value for money. If you need sharper detail (especially for night driving), I'd suggest considering a 2K or 4K model. I've had a REXING 4K dash cam model (installed in my other car) for years, and I've been very happy with it.
I have had a few other Rexing products and they have been good for the value. I like that this one has 4 cameras and 3 of them don't need any wires run to install them besides a single usb power cable. This means you can easily have the front and side or inside all covered with a quick install. I like that this unit came with a suction mount so I can move it between cars. Only time will tell how the mount hold in the summer heat. I like how they provide an sd card to start off with, but will be upgrading to a higher capacity card from a well known manufacturer designed to handle dash cam recording patterns. After all you don't want the files to be damaged when you need them most.
