I’ve used this parchment paper for baking cookies and roasting veggies, and it performs really well. The SmartGrid lines make it easy to cut and space everything evenly, and it stays flat so it’s simpler to work with than regular rolls. Cleanup is a breeze, and it’s non-stick up to typical oven temps. Great value for the price, I’ll definitely buy it again!
I love using this Parchment Paper. It helps provide right-sized pieces for your baking needs. I tried it and now, won't order anything else. I feel like I save money because I have less waste being able to measure the piece I need using the pre- marked lines and it's easy to tear.
This Reynolds Parchment Paper is a must have for anyone who bakes. I've always used parchment paper for baking things like delicate cookies to keep them from burning or scorching. The Reynolds brand can be trusted to have the proper thickness. Thinner, inferior items allow the moisture of the baked good to seep through to the other side. I love using this parchment paper not only to keep things from scorching or burning but also to keep my cookie sheets clean. If you use parchment paper there is no melted sugar or sprinkles stuck on your cookie trays. Also, with this Reynolds Parchment Paper, there is a grid printed on it so you can cut pieces to size so there is no waste. I always recommend baking with Reynolds Parchment Paper.
I've been a family baker for most of my life but have NEVER before used “parchment paper”, even though many of the recipes I've used over the years recommended using it. I just thought it was a step that could easily be eliminated and money saved by not buying it. I really did not think using it could make a difference in the quality of my baked products. Boy was I ever wrong! I've now baked several batches of cookies using the Reynolds parchment paper and they turned out perfect! No greasing the pans needed and no sticking of the cookies. They browned beautifully and evenly and did NOT crumble when removed from the pan. Best of all no sticky mess to clean from my pans so now they will stay clean and shiny. After the cookies, my next baking project was a devils food cake. Again I cut out a circular piece of the parchment paper and placed it on the bottom of the cake pan. I greased and flowered the sides of the pan as usual. When the cake was done, it slid out of the pan perfectly with NO crumbs left behind. I received this product free in exchange for my honest review and opinion. I will from now on always keep parchment paper on hand for use when I am baking! It's a great product and I can highly recommend it.
This is Great Parchment Paper!.. I loved the fact I was able to measure and cut even pieces for what i needed. Perdect opportunity now that the Holidays are here, but even so this i could use daily. Knowing it is from Renolds is a plus as far as quality.
I used to think parchment paper is parchment paper. What's the difference? Get the cheapest one. However in this case it was the only one that I could find in 15" wide, like my cookie sheet so I bought it. This is a game changer. It is absolutely perfect. Well, except for trying to get it out of the box. You really have to follow the directions and then it comes out perfectly. But who thinks to follow the directions on the box? So please do and you will think this is a perfect product too. It stays flat it, has grids, it's perfect!
Strong and easy to use with the SmartGrid lines! More often than not, I am able to reuse sections of paper when baking. Great for baking cookies and scones!
I had heard about this type of product b/4 but I never tried it. A good friend told me she uses it so I thought I'd check if out. I was pleasantly surprised how well Reynolds Genuine Parchment Paper worked. I have pans that are "no stick" but when I used the Reynolds Genuine Parchment Paper they actually were. I placed it on my cookie sheets and the cookies slid right off. I plan on using it anytime I bake. And Reynolds Genuine Parchment Paper makes for quick clean up.
Unfortunately this parchment paper didn’t hold up to the temperatures advertised and started to burn. I’ve used many similar products before and this is the first one that let me down. It works for lower heat/temperatures, but I expected better from Reynolds. It charred once the oven reached 325-350 degrees. I would NOT recommend this product.
Reynolds parchment quality has really disappeared. It has always been my go to parchment. Now it does lay flatter but the paper I enjoyed in the past has become thinner and seems to be made of less quality paper. It even leaves some moisture under the paper in my pans. I have been using it for years but first they almost doubled the price which I’ve been paying because of previous quality but now on top of the price the quality is bad!
