Start at the lowest setting till you get accustom to the vibrations, 5 minutes at a time. When done you will feel very ichy in your legs, it does go away. The machine is well made and sturdy. Because I have a problem with one of my legs I use it sitting down. I do notice a difference in the circulation in my legs.

I haven't quite figured it all out yet but it does the vibrating and shaking great. It seems to be working good. I wish it had better manual to use for more accurate instructions

This machine is built sturdy and is a lot more than I expected for the price. Great price and a great product. Works perfect and also you can Bluetooth your iPhone into for music. It works great and gives you a good feeling of accomplishment after it's use. Easy to store.

LOVE this machine! it's kind of addicting because it feels so good. definitely shakes out the morning stiffness, plus great for a pre workout or post workout. It took me a few days to discover the arm bands hook on in the front of the machine. Im currently ordering another one for my daughter in law, so yeah...Absolutely recommend!!

Working out quite well for me, can stay balanced and feel the 'burn' when using it (my balance questionable at time due to result of stroke some years back).

Due to the size of the platform , it does not feel stable enough for me, I will be looking for one with a bigger platform. Although it seemed well made and liked that it had suction added to the bottom of the base to help keep it secure on a hard flat surface.

I have had it a little over a month and it's already scrubbing and making really loud grinding noises. Ive tried oiling, making sure all parts are secure and tight. Definitely expected it to hold up much longer. yes I use it daily

This machine is powerful and is able to handle my near 250 pound girth. There are a number of textured bumps on thr plate you must stand on that are not comfortable. Raising on to my toes for incresed blood flow becomes very uncomfortable. The remote fails to lower the speed and otherwise works only intermittently.

the straps dont have a place to attach them. you have to attach them to the pladtic part. thats real flimpsy. do better!!! it does vibrate like it says it does. there was no batteries for the remote. i always get batteries with the things i buy. another thing the only bluettoth u have is when u attach your phone cord to it. so im very disappointed in this. im gonna see within 30 days if it does its job.
