RiceSelect Royal Blend Rice, Texmati Rice Blend, 21 oz Jar

Transitioning from white rice to this blend. Second time buying and I like it so far. I just hope it doesn’t get discontinued for whatever reason lol I will be hurt.

I love this rice combination. I use it in many different ways.As a side dish boiled in broth instead of water. In making vegetarian stuffed peppers or cabbage.And it makes a delicious mushroom and rice soup. I always keep this stocked

THIS IS THE SINGLE GREATEST WILD RICE BLEND I HAVE EVER EATEN %26 HAVE HAD!!!!! It is a bit pricer than the other brands, but it is Far Worth it! The Only Thing I could say about it is tho’, it definitely needs to be rinsed well, bc it has quite a bit of a heavy starch substance within it. And I just recently saw a Documentary about how all rice in today’s times have unhealthy amounts of Arsenic in it %26 therefore should be rinsed very, very well %26 so I do %26 it is Absolutely Fantastic!!! In fact, I currently have a dog w/ health issues indicative of that of Pancreatitis, so we have discovered that he has to have boiled chicken breasts/no skin bc he has to be as low fat as possible %26 then add this wild rice to it %26 a little bit of a probiotic %26 special blend of organic tiny greens, -which it’s brown but we mix it in along w/ Blue Buffalo Basics w/ No Grains %26 that is finally been what has REALLY Helped him. Additionally we also discovered that Nextguard Plus Heartworm %26 the other pestilences that it kills off, were nearly killing him %26 he couldn’t tolerate it, so I had to change to a Topical Heartworm %26 other pestilence drops that we put on his shoulders %26 back once a month. -If you ever have a dog that has all kinds of health issues, go check out a Channel on Youtube called: Veterinary Secrets w/ a Dmv. This is the absolute best rice medley I have found. It pairs well with beef, pork and chicken. Its also delicious as the base for any rice casserole dish. My kids ask me to make more all the time! You can’t go wrong with this product. It’s perfect for my daughter who has gluten allergies. Our whole f family loves this product.

I am a 74 year old woman who loves to try different foods to cook. I enjoy Pinterest to look for different foods from other countries. I discovered this rice blend a few years ago. I ordered and cooked it in many dishes. I started looking to order again and the prices were out of my range. I kept searching and found I originally bought from Walmart. I reordered and received today for $6.98 plus tax. Not a penny wasted. Try it, you will probably like it.

If you love the nutty chew of wild rice but can't spare 40 minutes to cook the traditional wild and brown rice blend, this multi-blend that cooks in 20 minutes will become your favorite, as it has mine. This is an affordable way to add a gourmet dish to your meals quickly, and leftovers reheat wonderfully! I always keep a canister on hand for a fast but “special” starch side dish. Wonderfully rich cooked in broth rather than plain water, though it is superb that way, as well.

This is the best rice for any meal! I have used this rice for years and I love it ! Easy to prepare , it takes fifteen minutes to make this rice , fluffy ,tasty and when prepared with spices and veggies makes a wonderful vegan meal .

I’m very disappointed in that, it looked like somebody had scooped out 2 cups of rice. I had ordered two containers and they were both the same. It was only 3/4 filled. I’ve bought other rice products before in the same type of containers, and they have always been filled to the top, so I feel very cheated.

It’s mostly white rice. Same texture as white rice with a bit of wild and red mixed in. This used to be the best rice because it wasn’t mostly white. Now it’s mostly white rice and I’m so sad. It is not the same. The price stayed the same and the product became less concentrated basically. I would have paid more money for the same rice I used to get and loved. I work for a Walmart affiliated company.

Rice select is cheating consumers by not filling the containers to the proper levels. hard to believe since it is already more expensive than other rice products. Very disappointing to be cheated. I will not buy again.
