Good shampoo, but its defect is the cap opens very easily and that's why it got thrown inside the shipping box, damaging my remedies.

I love this product. Gave it a 3 because the it spilled half of it in the shipping box and the other items I ordered. Needs to be wrapped properly or tape it so that it won't open.

I received a used product !!!! It's disrespectful to us as consumers. Do they think we're clowns? How many other used products do they send us without our knowledge? It wasn't a spill, the box was intact!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
