RIG 800 PRO HX Wireless Gaming Headset and Base Station for Xbox One, X/S, PlayStation & PC - Black

Headset arrived fast. it was easy to setup, and the included base for charging is a plus. It all connected with ease. Sound was crisp and clear, could have had a little more bass and volume but all and all it had great sound. Quality of headset was good, fit was comfortable and light weight. I would recommend the RIG 800 PRO HX Wireless Gaming Headset and Base Station.

Purchased for my son. one aize fits all is typically too small for him. I was concerned the headset would fit too snug, but it isn't too tight. Great product. He has had it now a few months and he uses them daily. Highly recommend them. Yes, I would purchase them again.

These are amazing at this price point. I tried turtle beach open back atlas air, a logitech similiar pricepoint, and wow these are hands down night and day better than both. These are incredibly comfortable, the footstep and sound location in them is amazing. the only downside is you do have to purchase dolby access app for 14.99 to get it to get it to work that way. I'd say if you don't want to spend the 3 or 4 hundred dollars for the upper end you certainly will be happy with these. they feel and sound very premium.

My boyfriend says it works fantastically and it helps with hearing things more clearly during gameplay. He uses it to play Marathon.

I had a pair of these before and I loved them so I got me another pair. I love everything about them very good quality.

It was covered in dust, dirt and hair the base had deep scratches covering it. And the box was taped together very very poor quality

I bought this headset less than 2 months ago and it's barely working. it skips really bad, my teammates can barely hear me. if you're going to buy this, please take out the dang warranty! you'll need it.

I totally loved the predecessor to the RIG 800 PRO HX so when that died after 4 years of daily use, I happily bought the RIG 800 PRO HX. I am disappointed on a daily basis. Despite trying a variety of settings on the mic, I'm constantly asked to adjust the mic closer to my mouth becuase people can't hear me. That never happened with the old mic. I can't believe that a new version can be worse than the old version. I recommended the old model to friends regularly. I can't do the same with this new model. If I could take it back I would. So disappointed.

RIG sold out to another company. The headset works, but the mic is muffled and terrible. upon reading many complaints of tge same on Redit I returned the item. Its too bad RIG was amazing as a small company who made great quality items.

the speakers are decent, but they wont stay conected. its constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. the mic is low quality and stops working. i have to turn the headset off and back on to get the mic to work again.
