OK so these are no nicotine but are flavored. My 1st I bought was Spearmint flavor and now this Watermelon flavor. i suggest you use nicotine patch.

I moved to the ripple a while back and so happy I did, no more nicotine and although I enjoy them I'm certainly not addicted to it like I was with all the other vapes. I feel so much better and there's a great selection, my favourites are the mint flavours and the watermelon. I highly recommend them. Get rid of your vapes and move to the ripple.

These have been a great alternative, to enable me to quit smoking. I have tried a different brand of vapes, which you add nicotine liquid in and the difference is night and day. Since moving onto the ripples, I don't have brain fog, low moods, a tight chest or a bad cough! I've also been told it smells a lot more discrete and not as overwhelming to non smokers. They are pricier, but in fairness when you get a discount it's not bad at all. Would definitely recommend :-)

When I heard of ripple I was super skeptical thinking it wasn't going to work… man was I wrong. Ripple helped me stop smoking regular nicotine filled vapes. It's fresh and every pod is full of flavor yet very subtle which I like. I highly recommend to anyone trying to quit regular vaping. It's also helped me cut down on my cravings to want to vape.

Tastes so great like a fresh sweet crisp whiff of watermelon on a hot summer day. I totally get the name bliss, it even leaves a refreshing after taste in your mouth. Is it dangerous and addictive like cigarettes absolutely not but you can get hooked on enjoying the feeling of relaxing, especially in the blah dread of a long winter.

I actually quit vaping over 3 months ago, went without this kind of thing that whole time. but cravings have been hitting pretty bad again lately and I really didn't want to undo everything and get a real vape. this sorta helps, especially combined with a nicotine lozenge. but definitely way less than 1000 puffs and I haven't used it that much, not like I'm hitting it constantly like I was with the other ones. it'd be better if it actually had more to it
