Rit All Purpose Liquid Dye, Cherry Red, 8 fl oz

I have a bathroom rug that somehow got spotted with bleach. Bought this to dab the bleach stains with, and it works. Cheaper than buying a new rug, and my rug is a better quality then what I saw as possible replacements.

I've been using rit dye for many years and it's stayed consistently great quality with great results.

This will come out as pink most of the time unless you don't dilute it. Get two or three of these for your project. Don't add water or it will turn pink. I love the pink color I get regardless.

I needed to sue items red, yellow, and white. So I tried several of these Rit colors. I know Rit had a dark red. Perhaps it was the Scarlet Red? Anyway, these liquid Rit bottles do not work as well, in my opinion, as the powdered ones in the box. And maybe I just used too much water. Which once I did them again I used half of the water per the instructions. To me the second and third tries worked better. Of course, at this point I have spent like $50 to turn my old white dresses different colors. So I may be a little salty here. Plus Walmarts price (I took 1 Star off due to the price) in my area is more than some other grocery stores. But the Yellow dye's are hard to find. Not to mention I come to Walmart almost everyday.

So the color is deep but it only dyed one pair of shoelaces like that. The other pair didn't have the same deep color and they were both in the container together. The other pair soaked for another day and still didn't take the color compared to the other pair. The dye then coagulated and turned to a jello like consistency.

The product is good, but the product was never delivered. They sent me an empty envelope. I had to go to the store and purchase the dye myself.

Followed all directions to the T, did not dye any of my clothing items cherry red. Howe I did dye some brown suede heels and they came out a beautiful wine red. My clothing material was varied from polyester, cotton, wool and spandex. It was all pink colors and came out the original color pink once washed in cool water, I even opted out of using detergent. Either my clothes are Teflon or this product doesn't work lol

I ordered a dye FIXER and you substituted a RED DYE! How does this make any sense as a substitution?
