Here is the revised review with that point added, clean and clear for Walmart.com: I purchased the RitFit M1 Pro power cage with Smith attachment from Walmart.com. When the product arrived, it included two bottom frame pieces from the same side, so one part did not come in correctly. I contacted RitFit customer service, and they were very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. I was initially concerned after reading a review saying there was no one to contact for support, but that was not my experience. Using the Walmart chat option, I was consistently connected with someone from RitFit, and they were very helpful throughout the process. Other than the incorrect part, everything else was good and the equipment appears solid and well-built.

The assembly was fantastic and extremely easy to follow. RifFit did an excellent job providing thorough, clear instructions. Be aware that the shipment comes in sections and not all at once. The alluminum pulleys are a great upgrade two, and the entire structure is sturdy and well grounded. Great product!

Just finished remodeling my new garage gym and installed the M1 Pro. It was by far the largest but most easiest piece of gym equipment I've ever had to assemble. It came with all the pieces and the instructions were clear and simple. Being that it's a one car garage, space is limited, but this machine does everything I need. I paired it with the Ritfit hack squat/leg press machine and the gym is fully complete. Compared to other higher priced smith machine manufacturers, this is truly a win for me. Highly Recommended!

1 week of use in, 5 exercise days later. Delivery was quick and in 3 separate boxes. Assembly wasn't bad but 2 people are needed. Cables are very smooth and can load them lopsided is still smooth. Smith machine is decently smooth and locking it during use is smooth and easy. Machine stability is good, no worries with it, loaded with plates or not. Attachments are sub-par with D-handles being best. For the price, this is good buy.

Building a home gym. Wonderful product. It covers everything needed to get started. Used constantly for about 6 months, no issues.

I'm writing this two months after purchase and install. The equipment has held up well so far with no signs of wear. QC is a little spotty but customer service was on top of it and helped me out with no issues. Overall happy with the purchase! Would recommend and buy again.

I am missing parts, weights, a bench, and attachments. Have no phone number to call, the one that is listed you can't actually call. The machine itself looks legit and good quality, but i literally have half of what I ordered. If it is coming in multiple shipments why not just say that and give separate tracking numbers? Beyond frustrating for the amount of money paid.
