I purchased the RitFit M1 Pro power cage with Smith attachment from Walmart.com. When the product arrived, it included two bottom frame pieces from the same side, so one part did not come in correctly. I contacted RitFit customer service, and they were very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue.
I was initially concerned after reading a review saying there was no one to contact for support, but that was not my experience. Using the Walmart chat option, I was consistently connected with someone from RitFit, and they were very helpful throughout the process.
Other than the incorrect part, everything else was good and the equipment appears solid and well-built.
