Worked great, put 3-4 pucks in a knee high nylon. Tied it off and threw up on the roof. Definitely would recommend!!

Bin had pucks on top, but bottom 1/2 of bin, all pucks had deteriorated. The product also took a long time to melt ice. Seems old?

I like this product and have used it often but this was first time I had it delivered. It was badly mishandled in shipping and mostly powder instead of the nicely shaped pucks easy to throw up on roof.

Product arrived with smashed piece and powder…almost completely unusable. Not worth the time and money. Company notified…..no follow up responses after I sent them pictures of defective product. Very disappointed.

I wanted to return this item. I contacted seller multiple times but no response. I would never buy from this seller again.

I have never received my shipment. First shipment was never shipped. Replacement was shipped with incomplete address and returned to seller.

The package appeared to have been previously opened with product (Pucks) missing and much of the remaining Pucks disintegrated into powder.

the package came with over 30% of the pucks complete dust, waste of money , the quality is sub par, not a good item - I would NOT recommed
