works pretty well, the release doesn't really do much but otherwise I liked it's functionality. I had hand surgery so this was my only option, it made it possible to stay clean and dry without needing to ask for help from my husband. I usually had to wrap the toilet paper around and wipe once, then stand slightly and remove the used toilet paper and rewrap and wipe again once or twice in order to get fully clean and dry feeling. the release doesn't really do much , you still have to take the paper off by hand, unless I totally misunderstood the directions for wrapping the paper around the wand. it also works with flushable wipes. I believe it would also work to wash down below while in the shower if you put a small washcloth on it. it's not really good for using in a public bathroom because you will want to wash it after use, I suppose you could put it in a bag and use some wipes to clean it, but I only used it at home.

I tried to order 1 of these, and ordered 2 by mistake because the website wouldn't allow me to take one off. I'm returning one, keeping the other.

I could not getting my wipes to stay in. I am a big girl and I am pretty rough with things.. But the wipes would not stay in at all this needs some kind of clamp on it that holds the paper

this lasted less than a month. it was aekwatd to keep the toilet paper in it and even worse to remove it. im handicapped and have had to use an assistive device for toileting for at least 10 years so 8 know how to.use them. thought I'd save a bit of money but foolish me..

It does not work for me, elderly male who gets around fairly well. A very simple design change would have made it work. I used to work with boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy creating small assistive devices. We spent more time interacting with clients to see how they would use the device than we did building them.

Do not waste your money on this product it does not grip it does not work. It broke on the first plunge had to return.

Don't waste your money. We bought it for post back surgery use. It broke before he was even able to use it for the first time. Walmart handled the issue quite well and to our satisfaction. We ended up ordering the "hot dog tong" things.

The item is to big to use in the toilet. I think that this product was never actually tested. I wasn't able to use it at all.

Won't hold ANYTHING. I tried toilet paper and even paper towels. I bought it to use wipes for cleaning myself all over but this thing won't hold them either.

This product did no hold on to the paper well enough to wipe anything.
