I bought this for my son in 9th grade to use for school. It is so easy to use. Download the app and when you are done writing in the page, take a pic of the QR code and that's it. Using the pen that came with the notebook makes cleaning and erasing a breeze. Use the included microfiber cloth (slightly damp) and voila, erases with ease! My son has been using this for a few weeks now and he loves it. The pages are very sturdy so I know we will get long life out of it. It does take some getting used to coming from the ‘pen and paper' age but it works perfectly. I'm going to buy another for my son that is in college too. Perfect way to keep notes without having to carry around d a ton of books. Excellent purchase!!

I think this notebook is really neat. You can reuse it saving on paper waste! You use the included pen write or draw anything then you can use the app to save all of your work and send it to others. Then you wet the included microfiber cloth and wipe it away!!! Like magic!! My kids and I were blown away at all the possibilities of this notebook!

This is a fun and exciting new way to write things down, keep track of notes, or just doodle. The best way I can describe this is it is comparable to a dry erase board but a lot better. The pages allow you to write on them, with a special ink pen, and then erase the page and write on it again. I will go in to more detail a bit further in my review. The Core Notebook has 16 pages that are lined like notebook paper except the lines are dots instead of solid lines. The pages are front and back so you actually get 32 pages to write on. The Notebook comes with a single black pen. Do not use any other pen in this Notebook or you will ruin your Notebook. You do need to be careful because the ink does not dry instantly. So it will smudge if you wipe your hand across it or if you shut the Notebook before the ink dries it will smudge and can smudge the page across from it as well. As I already stated the Notebook comes with a single black pen. I have purchased a pack of the FriXion Pilot pens to go with my Notebook that is a 10 pack of colored pens. There are larger packs available. Be sure to only use this one type of pen with your Notebook. Again, anything else will ruin it. I do wish the back was stiffer. The Notebook is kind of flimsy like the spiral paper notebooks you used in school. I would like to see the back stiffer so it was easier to write in the Notebook without having to lay it on a hard surface. Makes it more difficult if you are taking this with you and plan to make notes in it. The pages are kind of slick and the ink is vibrant on the pages. Sometimes the ink does skip. If this happens just trace over the part that skipped. It does not happen often. The pens do come with an eraser so if you make a mistake you can just erase and rewrite what you messed up. When you are ready to erase the entire page just wet one end of the micro cloth that comes with the Notebook (wring out really well) and wipe your page. Then use the other end to thoroughly dry your page. This is great for making notes and then being able to save a digital copy. You can download the Rocketbook app and use the code in the corner of the page to scan and save the page to your app. Personally I am not using the app. The app does track you in several ways. You can see this when you download the app. You are also tracked across other apps as well. I read somewhere in the Rocketbook paper work or on the app that "We do have access to what you store in our cloud and if you don't like that don't download our app". I do not like the tone of that comment and don't want my personal stuff stored in any cloud SO I do not use the cloud. The Notebook is still super awesome. I love being able to write things down and then erase and not waste paper. I can also take a picture with my phone and manually transfer the picture to my laptop and save it where ever I want to. I realize some people are big on the cloud and feel safe storing their stuff online. If you are one of these people there is an App that you can use along with your Rocketbook Notebook and you can easily store things in their cloud and you can send and share with others. You can also do hand written notes and take a picture and send to friends or family. I find this very appealing as well. Yes, you can do it with normal paper too but that is not near as fun. And with this there is no wasted paper. I am not sure how long you can leave the ink on the page and then erase it. I have only had my Rocketbook Notebook for a few days. I read that if you are going to leave it unused for a month or more to erase the pages so the ink will still wipe off. I also can not vouch for how long the ink in the pens last as, again, I have only had this for a few days. But I use it all the time. I would also suggest not bearing down really hard when you write because if you do it will leave an indention on the page. I have looked at the Rocketbook website and have found that there are other sizes of Notebooks available and some have different styles of pages. I would definitely recommend this Notebook to others and will purchase this again in the future in other styles. Or the same style for a gift. The Core Notebook I have is the Aqua one and I love the color. It is appealing and stylish.

I am a note taker, I write notes all day for work and things I need to do. Most of the information I write I don't really need to keep longer than a couple of days so I absolutely love this reusable notebook! I've been using it now for a couple of weeks and love that I can just wipe down a page and use it again. Anything that I want to keep I just upload it with the app and I have easy access to it. Would definitely recommend !

I love my Rocketbook planner and was trying to use it for my chemistry class since it was all I had. I grabbed this full size notebook and it's fantastic. I love that when the class is over I will be able to use it for another class instead of trying to figure out what to do with all the notes I took in a paper notebook. I love the smooth writing as well. I do wish the pages were a little thicker since sometimes the scan picks up the writing from the other page. Do make sure to scan your pages though or you will cry if it gets wet and washes away your notes :(

Let me start off by saying I love this product. I can save paper and still save what notes I take through their app, which is amazing. HOWEVER, this product claims to be 32 pages, and I've only just now counted the pages, as its the end of my semester and I'm taking photos to save my notes, and the notebook is only 16 pages, front and back. Which made me really disappointed. But will I buy again? Most likely. It's still a great idea, I just wish they were honest in their product.

I wanted to love this, but with technology today, such as phones and iPads, this is something I'll ever use as an adult. It may be something your child would like if they are too young for technology. Overall, this product came packaged nicely, with the notebook, instructions, a pen, and a cloth. The notebook is slim and eye catching. I just personally don't need something like this. You essentially write in the notebook, take a photo of the QR code, and upload content online. Just not for me, doesn't mean it's not a good or useful product to someone, though! FYI, it's teal in color. See photos for an idea on the design and what it comes with!

You could take photos of notes without this. Lots of the pages end up blurry. Other than being reusable, but that hasn't lasted long. It's way over priced and needed over priced spend that smear
