I thought I never need a humidifier in SoCal, until I found that mold could grow above 60% humidity. I turn on this humidifier near the bathroom after I take a shower, and let it work its magic. I can see the number of my hygrometer coming down gradually. Pretty good efficiency for small space. The reservoir is large, which means I don't need to pour out the water that it absorbs for a few days.
works great, now that i have been running it for 2 days, i only have to empty the pan every 12 hours
Plug it in, turn it on! Humidity gone within an hour or 2 in my basement
it does what it says it will do for as little as it says itll do it in. and will transfer to yiur kids for their needs in dorm or apartment etc. its nice and recommendable.
it is working great. I tried to order one on line, but for whatever reason they were cancelled. so checking with Walmart I ordered this one and it works great. fast delivery..
Does a great job with dehumidifying but you really need to be able to use the hose for drainage. The water reservoir is very small. I have to empty every couple of hours. I have a small dehumidifier and the water reservoir is way bigger than this one. It's really too small for that size dehumidifier.
this would probably be okay if it had a bigger tank and the tank had a handle but the way it's made makes it hard to get a hold of to empty. probably would be okay if you attached the drain hose
Pro: . Meets price point. . Delivered quickly. Cons: . Loud. . Plastic housing is flimsy. . Water tank is hard to remove and reinstall, catches on bottom right side. . Tank fills quickly, needs a bigger tank. . Takes a really long time to remove moisture from the air compared to a competitive model.
so this unit does a great job of taking water from the air and putting it in the tank. even when you attach the drain hose which i run to a sump pump. this unit doesn't do me any good if i have to manually empty it everyday.
we bought this because it say 70pins that cover 4500 square feet but this is clearly a spam because it doesn't cover my apartment at all very disappointed
