Roku Smart TV – 55-Inch Select Series, 4K HDR TV – Roku TV with Enhanced Voice Remote

The size I needed for a specific room. Price was fair and less from Walmart then other retailers. I was looking for something that was easy to use compared to my more expensive TVs that are not easy to use.

Yes, this 55 inch Roku smart TV was bought for a neighbor of mine Marilyn Wesley who's paying me back she has good faith to do that. She loves the TV and she's very happy but one problem she don't know how to use the voice command to get it to Play by just talking to the TV. I talked to mine and it plays. I tried to tell her, but they do sell a remote control at Walmart separately that will make that easier on her cause I bought one for my TV, but I give the TV a plus all the way she just need a little guidance. I wish somebody would wish Eric From Angie would've showed her how to told her how to do that and she probably did come to think of it she probably just don't remember.

The Roku tv came in a box that looked to be retaped and scrapped up, the tv was luckily unharmed. The remote is a little slow but other than that the tv works well! It's very bright and can be loud. I don't know much about the sound quality due to having a surround sound system of my own… From what I've heard it's amazing. I definitely recommend it!

I like the actual ROKU brand TVs. I have two. I like the simplicity of their home theater sys, with Roku speakers, and subwoofer. Great picture on TV. Great sound for a simple system, although, not like a high end home theater sys. Note* The Roku speakers and subwoofer connect ONLY to Roku brand TV. Now for the bad news- The TV I ordered from Walmart.com, was DOA after going through the Fed-X system. The box was beat up, TV, DOA. Fortunately, returnable to store, which is why I got lazy, and ordered it that way. Purchase at a store, so the TV doesn't have to go through Fed-X, or UPS system. They get some pretty rough handling that way.

Everything was sent package very well. Insulation for this Roku TV was easy. My problem is the picture contrast goes off and on and the sound is not at all good. I am keeping it because I have discarded the packaging. I realize it's not a expensive TV, but I was really expecting a better quality picture and sound. This is a Roku TV 55 inch which fits perfectly on my entertainment center also the remote that came with it Suddenly stopped working for the voice. Went through several suggestions to correct this with no good results. I did order a remote pro and it is wonderful. Enjoy so much the Roku streaming.

The picture lighting keeps heavily dimming randomly despite resetting to factory settings and turning off and on... It is extremely frustrating that you can no longer get what you pay for. When you are older, packing up and returning purchases is not always an option.

Item was good,delivery time was great,delivery company (fed-ex) was supposed to leave at front door,instead left 100 yards up driveway by gate,package would not fit in my vehicle,had to phisically carry it in my arms 100 yards to house,then walk back to get my vehicle,terrible job fed-ex

the picture is not crisp. the color leaves an imprint on the screen. you can't see it well from the side of view or in a brightly lit room. if you have spectrum internet your remote is not compatible with it and you have to use each remote separately

TV arrived with screen, bent in a 10 degree "V" at the top, broken. The cardboard screencover was unmarked. The box, although marred and dented, did not reflect the kind of damage needed to cause this level of damage. Clearly there is no quality control at manufacturing as the damage happened and they boxed it up anyway! Had to drive 40 mi ($15 gas later) round trip to return the 55in TV to my Walmart for a refund. Thankfully the Walmart was very kind. Sadly there were NO TCL 55in TVs in stock so I am unable to replace it without another shipping! Hestitant! BAD SELLER!!!!!
