Roku - 65" Class Select Series 4K Smart RokuTV

Love it, love it, love it! It's just the size we needed. Super easy to set up and super easy to control. The picture is vivid and clear. The sound is crisp and clear, as well. We can stream all of the shows we enjoy, including the channels we have subscriptions for, and we found a lot more channels to stream that we didn't have before.

I'm basing this rating off of the tv, brand, abd price point. This tv is very high quality and has exceeded my expectations considering the price points compared to more expensive brands. I am overall very impressed, it has great picture quality, is easy to set up and easy to navigate. Roku is my preferred provider so I'm very happy with my purchase

I have been watching a 32” tv for a long time I just can't believe how much nicer it is to watch it on a big screen The picture is so sharp and everything just pops out at you I would tell you it has been an eye opener I wish I would have done this years ago. And you just can't beat a ROKU tv. I even bought a new stand to put it on

Easy to install, nice picture. Not satisfied with FedEx. They left package out in the middle of driveway leaning against a rock landscaping wall on a rainy looking day, the stone put a hole in the box hitting the TV screen. Lucky never hurt the screen. He was 10 steps from putting it on the covered porch. Lazy **** driver. I filed a complaint with FedEx.

I bought a brand new BIG smart TV on Black Friday and was so excited. Didn't need it yet but knew my old set was getting to the end of it's life so I kept the new one safe in the box with the packing until I would need it. I needed it today and took it out of the box and packaging to find the screen crushed in. I'm heartsick. I am in tears. My last TV was the same brand but smaller. It was a very good TV.

Walmart is messy and most of their employees. The tv arrived broke and when I asked for a refund was told to wait 72 hours for a refund. The charge $10 for membership yet when you want express service you pay $15-20 for that.

The Picture is AFWUL and it has a film or something inside the right upper screen, I thought it was a smudge or something, but it's inside the TV, and its Spreading, I have not Had it 2 months ur more Yet!!!!it Needs to be Returned and I Need A Total Diffrent Brand this Roku TV 👎👎👎

Box arrived completely damaged, also, the screen was all smashed up. I can't believe they ship TVs in the same manufacturing box with no additional protection had to return it to the store then just bought one at the store, but it was not the exact same one I returned

The tv was shattered upon delivery. I saw all the reviews after placing the order, so once the tv arrived we checked it before even removing our old tv from the mounting bracket. I was literally speechless, I have never seen a tv screen so destroyed. Setting up the return was easy. We dropped it off at our Wal-Mart customer service. They immediately refunded my card. We then bought an in stock 65" onn roku tv from the store. Brought that home and hooked it up. That tv is amazing.

Purchasing my 65 inch Roku TV from Walmart was the worst mistake I could ever have made! My delivery went horribly with Fedex as well. Fedex left my TV outside of my apartment complex on the back alley in the rain and even sent a picture notification showing that it was left outside in the rain after 7 o'clock at night. I live downtown, which is not safe. I have a package room that could have easily been accessed! I took pictures of the location where it was dropped off. This was not an easy task to bring it inside my apartment complex and into my apartment. I left it in the box called Walmart that night. It arrived to speak with someone in customer service hearing that my TV has been damaged on the inside. When my TV mounting servicer arrived to my location that following day, he realize that my TV had been damaged. I immediately took pictures again! It was damaged from the inside out! I immediately requested a replacement for the TV. Walmart did set up a pick up of the damage TV and replacement. However, I never received the replacement after sending off the TV! It's been 21 days and I had to just cancel my order, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift! I called daily for updates because I was not being updated through Fedex nor walmart.com! Never order any large items from Walmart for delivery! I also ordered a headboard and frame that never arrived but was damaged in the process! I was refunded these items however it was a black Friday sale so it was a huge disappointment when I couldn't fulfill my black Friday sale request and have them in time for Christmas! I could say so much more about this experience, but I just want to move on and never deal with Walmart again! If I could give half of a star, I would!
