Roku Ultra 4K HDR Streaming Player (2018) with JBL headphones

I've had this for years now. Still works until this day. One of the best purchases I've ever made. When I can't find the remote it sends an alert sound so that you can locate where it is, it has all the apps I use, it is cheaper than some other streaming devices. I love my Roku.

I have had this Roku now a few weeks and this is the best one yet. Very fast. Great picture. Remote finder. 4k has very good picture. Even if you don't have 4k, it is great great box to have. I give it 5 stars. I got mine on sale for $49.00. I should have brought 2 of them. Never been disappointed in Roku. They make some of the best streaming boxes.

Been using the Roku for about 3 months now and the entire family loves it. Just easy to use, simple set up and great features. Some people were telling me to just use the smart tv built in apps etc as another option to Roku. Honestly, for me the built in layouts, features , and menus on the TVs just aren't there. The Roku is just EASY. Id rather use the Roku any day just for the nice simple menus alone as opposed to my smart tvs ones.

I have 4 smart tvs. Big ones. And a 32in tcl roku tv. I also have 4 roku's. The roku's perform better than the smart hubs on the tvs and 2 of my tvs have the built in chromecast. Roku gives me the option to use my phone. Chromecast requires it. I dont want to tie up my phone to watch my apps. Roku is simple to use. ALL the smart apps i want unlike smarthubs on smart tvs, that have limited choices. There are a bunch of other great reasons to own a roku. You do the math. Roku for the win!

Have had for over a year now. Have some issues with staying connected to the internet even though we have a direct connect fiber optic service. Overall I would recommend.

Got this on Black Friday and took some time to get it to work, will not recognize a alternate sound system that most people use. So the volume and ear buds do not work. This should not have been a issue roku should have been able to have it reconize a alternate system Got the roku so I could stream Hulu

Great Roku, but 6 months later remote stopped working and Try looking for a Roku phone number, wont find it anywhere. I have an issue with that, otherwise it would have been a 5 star.

I recently bought a Roku Ultra and it's pretty fast and has a crisp image, but the remote control features a headphone jack to listen to your shows in private (main reason why I bought it), and it just doesn't work properly; I woke up my significant other in the middle of the night couple of times due to the failing private listening feature.

Remote control light blinks but is not pairing. I just bought the device and began to try and set it up but the "Roku Enhanced Remote pairing" box keeps flicking off and on the screen

This review is headed up by a notice to "AVOID WRITING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE." Their covering their lack of service to customers. My ROKU experience started with a used ROKU-3. Wonderful product, so I bought a ROKU Ultra. Sound and remote do not work. I've sent a good number of inquiries to ROKU Inc.. Subtle are they, yet no email replies on my continuing problems. They have no phone numbers that I have been able to find, including various ones shown on YouTube. It would seem to be an excellent choice to operate as it includes some of the latest facilitations for ease of use by the consumer. Also their wide volume of channel selections as well as their menu system is very user friendly. Saying all of this shows I am not prejudiced about their products ability, but since Thanksgiving weekend, the ROKU Ultra has denied my family the seasons entertainment I had bought this unit to give us as a sort of Christmas gift for us all. The ROKU-3 is in the bedroom where I rest from my disability. The ultra is on the large screen family room TV. All would seem well if not for the absence of ROKU CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Although this review may never see the light of day, if any of your readers know of a way to contact ROKU C?S. other than through email...please pass that info on in a reply to this blog. Hopefully there will be someone at ROKU Inc. who will read this and not ignore my repeated attempts to get the service a problematic channel streamer they make is having.
