the overall look is great and because we are new with this type of press, i use cast iron presses until now... I'll use this as well after i fix the problem with the quality. right off the bat i picked it up and held it while washing it and low and behold part of the edge is not smooth and i scraped my hand. i know is was afairly reasonable price but i expect perfection when it comes to something this raw. you can't just not have control of your quality of the product your selling. now I'll have to go get my file and smooth it down where it won't scratch my hands till they bleed everytime anyone touches it. my suggestion to you is you need to do better quality control. one more thing is since I'm kinda new at the stainless steel press when cooking the burger and using this press why is it sticking to the burger? could it be because the raw edge? cast iron doesn't do that so I'm really clueless on that. i guess I'll figure it out. i did try using parchment paper and that helped but i shouldn't have to use the parchment paper, that's what the press of for, right???
